Bar & Restaurant: Abbeyleix Hotel has a friendly bar serving carvery lunch and a tasty selection of light meals throughout the day. Our evening A La Carte menu has individually prepared dishes featuring fresh local and seasonal produce. For fine dining, spend the evening in the intimate Knaptons Restaurant. We cater for all dietary needs including coeliacs, vegetarians, diabetics and vegans. To end your day enjoy drinks in Malachi's bar with either a full dinner or a late supper served until 9:30pm. On summer nights enjoy al' fresco on the terrace. Knapton's Restaurant serves Breakfast Monday - Friday 7.00am-10.30am, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 8.00am-10.30am. Evening menu is served Tuesday-Saturday 6.00pm - 9.00pm (booking in advance essential). Malachi's Bar:
