comments i asked about the possibility of coming back late from rockness music festival and had no problems. at breakfast one could eat as much as one wanted which is not only good business sense, but creates the right atmosphere for customers. the staff were always happy to help with any query i had, overall these little things can make a big difference so would not only recommend craigmonie, but if i require accomodation in inverness craigmonie will be my choice.

comments Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Food was lovely and the breakfasts were perfect. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked and well presented. Will certainly stay there again.

comments Staff were very pleasant, room was clean and tidy. Bar area was relaxed and breakfast buffet was a good selection and available until 10am at the weekend. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the paper thin walls, but I'm easily annoyed :-D.

comments Suite 1 was really lovely, clean and comfortable. There is a dent in the floor at the couch though which will need to be fixed - felt like it could give way at any moment. Although that didn't detract from how impressed I was with the accomodation. The food was delicious, I have nothing but praise for the hotel. Excellent stay!

comments Unfortunately, the heating in my room was not working but I was given a heater and offered an alternative room so I was well looked after. I will only stay at this hotel whenever I am in Inverness because it is value for money, the breakfasts and food in general are excellent and the staff extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

comments Its the second time I have stayed at this Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, also had an evening meal which was amazing. Use of pool is good to and got a great deal on the web. Will stay again.

comments refreshing nights stay, staff were extremely helpful. swimming pool lovely and clean we had it all to ourselves at one point, visited the beauty parlour by the poolside and had a body massage which was magic. checked out a more relaxed couple and will definately be back.

comments The room, staff, breakfast, decor and leisure facilities all far surpassed the usual standards of a 3 star hotel. So impressed were we upon arrival that we immediately extended out stay to a second night. And we are already planning to stay at Craigmonie again.

comments really enjoyed my stay in inverness. could not fault the staff who were very friendly and assisted in any query i had.dined in the hotel both nights and the standard of food was excellant as was breakfast each morning. Our Bedroom was very comfortable as was the Bed .Twoproblems We encountered over the weekend was that the Lift was out of Order which caused a problem with our luggage as We were on the second floor. The Other Problem was the lack of Restaraunts in the immediate Vicinity although the Hotel is only located 15 mins walking from the Center of Inverness. Overall We enjoyed our stay in the Family run Hotel & Inverness.

comments on arrival swimming pool was closed this was most disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose the craigmonie.also bed was uncomfortable being two beds joined together. room was dusty and also there was a lot of noise from the room next door.however the staff were very helpful and polite.

comments Staff were the friendliest and most helpful that I have encountered in a long time - and I travel a lot. Everything clean, breakfast fantastic, room lovely, pool fantastic, would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Inverness. Pleasant, 10 minute walk from centre, 5 minutes from castle with great views. The only thing I would suggest would be having some music in the dining room in the evening as I personally don't like feeling that people can hear what I am saying unless I whisper. Otherwise, 10/10.

comments The hotel corridors seem quite small and you may initially be put off by this. Don't be. I have stayed at many hotels in Inverness and will be returning to this one whenever possible. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The meal was excellent. The sauna is the hottest I have been in. All in all, a great experience.

comments I was in Inverness for a medical procedure, and selected the Craigmonie Hotel for its proximity to Raigmore Hospital, The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and courtious in every way possible, and made our stay a pleasure, we intend to return to Inverness later in the year and hope to return to the Craigmonie for our stay.
