Located in a privileged site at the North-eastern coast of the Iberian peninsula, facing the shores of the Mediterranean, Barcelona is the second largest city in Spain both in size and population. It is also the capital of Catalonia, a region full with history and art.
Barcelona is a collection of multi-faceted and diverse cities. Visitors unfamiliar with its history might be surprised that such a modern and avant-garde city preserves its historic Gothic center almost intact; or by the peculiar contrast between the maze of narrow streets and the grid-like layout of the Eixample, the urban planning "Enlargement" project of the end of the 19th century.
Our hotel is next to the Passeig de Gràcia, where you can
find the most popular Art Noveau buildings. Close by are the famous
buildings of "La Peredra" and the "Casa Batlló"
by catalonian architect Gaudí. We are close to main areas
as La Rambla, Plaça de Catalunya and Barri Gòtic.
Froem our hotel it's easy to reach other parts of Barcelona, including
Sagrada Familia, Parque Güell and Port Vell.
