comments La ubicación del hotel es muy centrica y se puede ir andando al cualquier sitio. El trato del personal es correcta. Como inconveniente, el ruido en las habitaciones, están mal insonorizadas.

comments Nice hotel. I enjoyed the stay at Hotel Universal. The rooms where clean and the beds where comfortable. Also I liked the possibility to have internet access in the lobby. And the nice rooftop cafeteria. But even though I mentioned it during my reservation, I got two single beds next to each other instead of one double bed. Other than that, the internet did not work the last two days of may stay and the cafeteria one level above my room was making a lot of noises.

comments The hotel is in an ideal location. It is located near bus stops which can take you to the Alhambra. The hotel itself is ok. The bathrooms are clean. The room itself needs updating. The curtains are old and the bedspread needs to be replaced. The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors whether it's their conversation or them blowing their nose. You will hear them. You will also hear them when they move the chair in their room around. The rooms are not sound proof. Also, the people who work at the hotel do not speak english very well. So if you want to ask them questions, make sure to do so in spanish because they will not understand you.

comments Great hotel with friendly service. Rooms were slightly small but overall neat and clean, especially the bathroom. Location was excellent walking distance to Cathedral and shopping district. Would stay here again!

comments Destaco la adecuda limpieza de la habitación, aunque lo mejor fue la ubicación del hotel, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Sin embargo, se escucha todo lo de la habitación contigua, aunque eso dependerá de quien te toque al lado.

comments The hotel location is good. Unfortunatelly, it is very noisy. Avoid 5th floor since the restaurant/cafeteria operates on the 6th floor, they start early with breakfasts and end late with the dinners.

comments En cuestión de calidad-precio, este hotel se merece un 5. En cuanto al personal, muy atentos y amables. La situación del hotel es genial. Totalmente en el centro, con muchas tiendas y cerca de tranportes públicos. Recomiendo este establecimiento al 100%.

comments La atención ha sido muy buena por parte del personal del hotel, las instalaciones muy limpias y correcta, muy como por su localización para visitar la ciudad y justo en el centro de una zona de tiendas y servicios. Será un hotel en el que en próximas visitas nos alojaremos.

comments excellent, very helpful staff, no charge for cot in room, hotel very clean, location also perfect: hotel is right in the centre of town. we arrived at 7am from the barcelona night train and they gave us our room straight away. no complaints...everything as it should be

comments El hotel en relación calidad precio está muy bien. La situación es muy buena ya que estás en pleno centro y yo pude ver todo lo que me interesaba sin necesidad de coger ni coche ni medio de transporte. Tiene posibilidad de parking, lo cual es una ventaja ya que moverte por la ciudad en coche es un poco engorroso y como ya he comentado antes la mayor parte de los puntos de interes se pueden ir a ver a pie, incluida la alhambra, la cual recomiendo acudir andando por los paseos que hay. El hotel es muy moderno por fuera, ya que está renovado, pero la habitacion por dentro era otro mundo aunque estaba limpia y tuvimos la gran suerte de que nos tocó una muy grande. Los chicos de recepción son muy majos y amables. Si volvería a ir a granada repetería en el mismo hotel ya que por menos de 60 euros tienes habitación y parking.

comments Hotel situated in the city center. It is easy to reach on foot almost every tourist place. Room itself was quite small but clean. Don't know much about parking, but they are offering it for about 14 Euro/a day. No breakfast included, but they have nice small caffe in on upper floor. Two PCs with free internet are also are available.

comments El hotel está muy bien, muy nuevo todo y siempre muy limpio. En lo más céntrico de Granada, a 5 minutos de los monumentos más significativos sin contar la alahambra que queda un poco más lejos. Lo peor de todo sin duda, el trato de los recepcionistas. De los 5 que me atendieron en mis 2 días de estancia, sólo se comportó decentemente uno de ellos (día 5 de Abril turno de mañana), el resto no te daban ni los buenos días!!! simplemente lamentable...

comments the 1st night was unpleasant due to people in the next room having a young infant. however when i went down to reception the following morning they asked me to pack up my belongings and moved me to a different room straight away. i thought this was exceptionally good service of the hotel
