comments I booked an overnight stay with dinner as a treat to celebrate my wife's birthday. I would like to thank all the staff who looked after us during our visit and ensured we had a most enjoyable time. The hotel was beautifully presented and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting.

comments very little ventilation/air as windows didn't open much and bathroom one not at all. Breakfast disappointing for 5 star hotel

comments Spent our wedding night here . the accommodation was superb. The management and staff went out of there way to make our stay something that we will always remember and rounded off a fantastic day for us both. We cannot thank the team at Mar hall enough and would highly recommend it to anybody who's looking for something special. Thank you all ....Alex and Shirley (Mr and Mrs Guthrie )

comments Only negative comment I could make was that the bedroom was too warm! Leisure facility would benefit from a jacuzzi. Overall a great experience with lovely staff, a beautiful meal and lovely room

comments Had a fantastic time at Mar, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were good sized and the spa was lovely, highly recommend the Champagne Afternoon Tea as it was very traditional and a nice experience, we will go back again. Thankyou
