comments we (four pensioners ) with an interest in photographry found the victoria hotel convient to the train station, had friendly staff,and served a superb dinner at night.a good place to use on a vist to galway.

comments Rooms were good size and beds made everyday. Small problem with heating in the room was fixed within 2 hours. Breakfast & dinner were good. Bar is a bit of a letdown, not at all welcoming the way it's laid out. Staff overall pleasant and accomadating. Location for shopping is second to none.

comments We have stayed in the Victoria Hotel a number of times and choose to stay there each time we go to Galway as it is conveniently located beside Eyre Suare. Lovely ,polite staff always , very enjoyable stay .

comments we were very pleasantly surprised with the Victoria Hotel as on apperance it was not very inviting but the rooms were beautiful and spotless clean and the food was excellent, and the staff were very courtious. The close proximity to everything was brilliant. We will be back to Galway and we would definately stay in The Victoria Hotel

comments Perfectly situated, around the corner from Eyre Square and a 10 minute walk from the sea. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Just a bit noisy as it was situated at the back of the hotel overlooking the train and bus station. Dinner was good and the fresh fruit salad at breakfast was much appreciated.

comments Very good and friendly staff, Great location, Room was very large and most comfortable. Would suggest the Bar and Restraunt areas be brightened up some what, very dull. Would deffinetly go back there.

comments I was delighted with my stay.The hotel is very centrally located.Dinner was excellent on the first night and both reception and dining room staff were very efficient and friendly.The room and bathroom were very clean and well serviced during the day. The only negative comment I could make is that the reception area could do with a refurbishment especially the carpet as this is where first impressions count.

comments Bar & Rest facilities very good, breakfast excellent. Accommodation very poor.We were unable to have our window open as the bus station was only 2metres away and engines were started up at 6am every morning. Tha corridors smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke.
