Very clean & comfortable rooms. Waitress in restaurant on night of arrival was very rude. However staff on breakfast duty the following morning were lovely.

Very nice spacious single room. TV was a bit far from the bed to see it clearly. Lovely bar with a cheerful fire on and very pleasant and helpful staff. Very cold out on the corridor and en route to the bar as doors were left open despite a sign requesting to close them. This was during the big freeze. Breakfast was good. Tasty porridge and hot toast. Would stay there again thank you.

It was a very enjoyable stay at Kingsvalley. The rooms were clean,well presented and comfortable,the en-suite was clean and large.
The bar area was warm and inviting,dinner was very tasty as was breakfast the next morning,service by all staff was excellent and a number of our party commented on the staff being so attentive and helpful.
Overall a great hotel to stay and dine in and excellect value for money. First time staying there but would definitely return when in Galway again.

I would highly recommend the Kingsvalley. Staff are courteous, friendly and very helpful. The food is probably the best hotel food I have ever tasted. The breakfast is reasonably priced and yummy. Evening meals are also excellent value and delic. It's a 10 minute taxi from Galway city centre but taxis are expensive so budget for at least 10 euro trip in and 10 back. However, If you fancy a walk (30mins), it's easy to find your way to the city centre. Overall I would rate the hotel 9/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the kingsvalley. We got an excellent deal on the kingsvalley website which included dinner, bed and breakfast. The food was lovely on both occasions and the complimentary drink for our anniversary was a lovely touch. Customer service was exceptional and we found it was far better than many four and five star hotels we have stayed in. I could not fault the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious and little things like the independent newspaper at breakfast and big pots of tea made our stay all the more enjoyable. We will be back and we will reccomending this hotel to others.

I had the most wonderful stay, the room was lovely and spacious. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Thank you so much to Eimear for all her assistance during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here to a friend. A total of 15 of us stayed here and all of us really enjoyed our stay.

Value for money, it had to be one of the best places I've stayed at in Ireland so far. Rooms very spacious, well spec'd and clean. Restaurant food was excellent and good value also. Only criticism was strong smoke smell in our room - had to air it for some time which improved it slightly but it needed de-odourising.

My friend and I had both booked singles and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, well furnished and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean too with good sized bathrooms. Lovely and quiet at night too.
All of the staff were kind, welcoming and so helpful, really outstanding customer service.
We ate every night in Bodkins and superb food, especially the Kingsvalley fish soup.
Will be back next year.

We had a lovely stay at Kingsvalley Hotel. The staff were the most friendly and helpful we have ever come across. They excelled at reception and in the restaurant. We would definately recommend this hotel to others for its ease of access by bus to Galway city centre.

Its a beautiful hotel, with nice rooms, bar, restaurant and staff. Nice location, not too far a drive from the city. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away.

Very nice hotel, Very pleased with how clean everything was, The staff were very helpful and friendly, The food and menu's were very good, I was a bit disappointed that the pool was a local gym which you had to drive to, I 1st thought it was in the hotel and then thought it was a walk away?
We had a wheelchair accessible room with the bathroom being a wet room, with my 3 year old daughter I was a bit worried she'd run in a slip on the wet floor.
