comments Very impressed by the rooms e.g. size cleanliness etc.. also the fact that you were prepared to supply complementary toiletries that one may have forgotten. The staff on the Reception Desk were very busy and there were quite long queues to register, suggest more staff on the Reception especially on Bank Hol weekends

comments We stayed for 3 nights and had three children with us. The Friendly Fellows club fantastic and everybody who worked in the club were great. The kids loved it. Nothing would do but for them to attend twice a day! They keep talking about it and asking when are we going on holidays again so they can go the the 'kids club' again!

comments We really enjoyed our stat it was very relaxing, the food was absolutely lovely and all the staff we dealt with could not do enough for us. Aslo the situation of the hotel was very convenient for the city centre we did not need to drive once we got to the hotel as there was a very regular bus service literally outside the hotel to the city centre.

comments Hotel was very nice and rooms comfortable. However on arrival at the room I felt that the bed was not fully made as there was only a quilt on the bed and the cover was white. As it turned out this was the way it was intended, but to me and my other 3 guests it felt unfinished/undressed.

comments we found days to be very clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, however we ate one night in the bar which we found to be very poor and one night in the restaurant which was only ok, i found this very disappointing as we have stayed in days before but feel the food has disimproved, also bar food is only served in a particular part of the bar which i found to be very inconvenient, when you are sitting in the bar watching the tv perhaps you don't want to have to get up and sit 100 yards across the bar, i found this to be a bit petty and unnecessary

comments A very relaxing break for family's with young children such as ourselves. The hotel was very modern and clean and staff were attentive and friendly. We were able to leave our children in a complimentary supervised playgroup which they really enjoyed and it gave us an hour or two on our own to relax. Overall, very good value and we will be back and will recommend.

comments we are regular visitors to days hotel as we never have any problems staying here, however this visit was slightly spoiled by very unruly hen and stag parties who thundered through the hotel throughout the saturday night of our stay, we did complain to security but nothing seemed to be done to stop this noise. we found this very disappointing as days hotel to us is a very well run FAMILY hotel and by allowing this kind of behaviour i hope they don't spoil this

comments i have stayed at this hotel twice before and found it to be great for children, my four year old loved the kids club and the hours that the club is open are really great. the swimming pool is excellent. one thing i did fault was the night we had our meal in the restaurant the food was not satisfactory, it could have been due to the fact of christmas and new year without regular supplies, i got a desert that was still slightly frozen and my husband got a pot of tea that had cold water in the teapot. apart from that i found the staff helpful and friendly and i would stay there again

comments The days hotel galway is poorly represented by the outside view as its inside is newly refurbished andfab! While bar and restaurant are fab the rooms are poor with small double beds and small bathrooms! Movies are 12 to view and room service is very slow. However overall food was 100%, gym pool are 100%. The only major fault is the heating in the hotel is unreal very hard to sleep and relax as u are constanlty overheated.
