comments Staff in this hotel our excellent they always deal with people professinally and make people feel relaxed and welcome. The food both in the bar and the restaraurent was of a very high standard. This is my third time to stay in this hotel andI will def be back

comments We had a wonderful stay in Ardilaun. The hotel and staff were wonderful and assisted us and our 1yr daughter at all times.The only problem was on the Wed night at dinner we were delayed with all courses. 20 for starters and 40 to main course. We did not take the 2nd course. It meant that we had to try and keep our daughter quiet over an hour and a half while sitting in a highchair. Not an easy task. We mentioned it when checking out.

comments This was our second stay at the Ardilaun Hotel which is still a very friendly and hospitable hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food, both in the restaurant and bar was excellent. The only disappointment was that the room we were in was quite dated and there doesnt appear to be great soundproofing as we could hear quite clearly noise from adjacent rooms and the plumbing from the room above was in need of attention! It is in a great location, within walking distance of Galway City and Salthill and is a nice place to spend a few days relaxing.

comments Overall the hotel was satisfactory, however they lost a lot of marks for the quality of the room they origninally gave us. We complained straightaway and were moved to a much better room. Dinner in the restaurant was nice, but it should have been made clear to us at the time what was or was not covered under the rate we were paying.

comments We have stayed at he Ardilaun hotel before, even during renovations, and have always found the hotel staff most helpful, the rooms very comfortable, the facilities (gym and pool) very good and the food of a very high standard. It is a good walk to the city but there are buses. how frequent they are I dont know.

comments We got a lovely quiet room. There was a comprehensive list of items on the Breakfast Menu. The dinner was beatifully cooked and presented and the service was excellent. I do however think that the changing rooms in the leisure club really let the rest of the hotel down. Also, when we arrived there they did not have any proper towels left and we were given a red one and a towel with a disney cartoon on it. Still a 5 for me though. Feel free to edit and use.

comments I Have to say that we had a brillant time from start to finish the staff were excellent and the food and everything was just right. We were in the old section which I would say was fine, I did ask to see the new section for Future ref which looks fab. And we will be back. Please note that we stayed from last Tues to Friday the 24th of Novemember. Well done to the staff and owners it was a pleasure.

comments The building work did start rather early at 7.30am but luckily we were getting up early. The service from the reception staff and the fact that they upgraded us to an executive room as it was our honeymoon was very much apreciated.
