comments The Diva Hotel was close to the airport, exceptionally clean and quiet, and while the room was cozy, it had room for everything we needed. Best of all, the man working the overnight reception was incredibly kind and helpful - we arrived late and were flying out early and were feeling jetlagged and stressed. He set up two wake up calls, called our taxi, and served us delicious croissants and cappuccinos at 4:30 am. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

comments Bell'albergo, stanze pulite, vicinissimo al capolinea dell'autobus che porta un centro. La colazione è buona e abbondante, soprattutto il famoso cappuccino di Firenze. Unica pecca? Stanze un po' rumorose, ma forse sono stata sfortunata io con i vicini.

comments Si, ci tornerei ancora quando possibile , sono tutti gentili e cordiali e il prezzo è accessibile (almeno per il periodo in cui io sono andata). La camera è pulita e c'è l'essenziale, il bagno piccolo e il piatto doccia e la tenda sono funzionali (la tenda è tirata e ferma quindi quando fai la doccia non ti si appiccica addosso e non svolazza quindi niente acqua per terra!!!!) la colazione è fresca e abbondante, buono anche il servizio.

comments Un buon appartamento per chi viaggia con i figli, comodo da raggiungere venendo sia in auto che in aereo, centro città ben collegato con autobus che molto frequentemente partono dal capolinea a un centinaio di metri dall'albergo. Discreto il rapporto qualità - prezzo pur non essendo compresa la prima colazione e probabilmente (ho pernottato solo due notti) anche la pulizia quotidiana dell'appartamento

comments Pros: Breakfast is great -- eggs, milk, bread, cornflakes, jelly, cakes, etc. Rooms are good. Cons: Internet connection is not free. Do not forget about 3 euro per night per person city tax -- not included in original room price.

comments Jak na warunki florenckie - hotel tani, a nawet bardzo tani. Jedyny minus to położenie przy hałaśliwej ulicy, ale ta wada dotyczy wszystkich hoteli we Florencji położonych poza wzgórzami na drugim brzegu Arno oraz okolicami ambasady USA. Poza tym wszystko na wysokim poziomie - pokoje obszerne, dobrze wyposażone - łącznie z minilodówką szalenie przydatną w sezonie letnim i wydajną klimatyzacją. Śniadania - szwedzki stół z obfitym choć skromnym śniadaniem (po włosku: więcej smakołyków dla łasuchów - zwolennicy mięsiw generalnie w Toskanii będą poszkodowani). Czysto. Serwis perfekcyjny i dyskretny. Personel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny, w większości porozumiewa się po angielsku. Dojazd do centrum bardzo prosty - linia autobusowa 22 niemal spod hotelu pod samą katedrę (około 200 m od niej jest końcowy przystanek linii). Wyjazd na wycieczki samochodowe po Toskanii również jak na Florencję prosty, bo mieszkamy przy ulicy wlotowej do miasta z autostrady, dzięki czemu przy każdym wyjeździe omijamy dramatycznie zatłoczone centrum. Do tego pobliskie lotnisko, którego zupełnie nie słychać, widnieje na większości drogowskazów w mieście i na jego obrzeżach, co szalenie ułatwia odnalezienie się w drodze powrotnej. Ogólnie - jeśli przybywamy do Florencji dla jej sztuki oraz by obejrzeć legendarne miejsca Toskanii, a dysponujemy własnym autem - Diva to wybór idealny. Mają tani, jak na florenckie warunki i jak na te warunki wygodny parking wart rezerwacji (jedna uwaga generalna - na włoskich drogach a już szczególnie na miejskich parkingach jest przeraźliwie ciasno, osobom mających kłopoty z parkowaniem i wyczuciem samochodu zdecydowanie odradzam wyprawę własnym autem, choć to idealny środek transportu przy zwiedzaniu Toskanii). Rezerwacja via booking.com działa bez zarzutu - przy potwierdzaniu telefonicznym wszystko zadziałało perfekcyjnie z półrocznym wyprzedzeniem. Są problemy z dostępem do internetu - przynajmniej w moim pokoju. Więc radzę wykupić wpierw sobie tylko godzinę i sprawdzić, czy opłaca się wykupywanie dodatkowego czasu - oczywiście obsługa była gotowa pomóc w konfiguracji sprzętu, lecz ja co do zasady nie lubię by ktoś grzebał w ustawieniach mojego komputera - tak na wszelki wypadek. :-) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If You love art and You would like to visit historical places in Toscany - Diva is a perfect hotel. Only problem - noisy street, but a lot of hotels in big towns have it. Not expensive. Clean. Quite big rooms, small firdge - very usefull in hot days. Very effective airconditon. Parking places!!! Perfect service and very helpfull, friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Very easy communication with historical centre of the town by ATAF-22-Bus and The hotel is really good place in the Florence for car-trips in Toscany.

comments Luca (?) and Stefiana(?) were very kind and patient with us as we were all americans and did not know Italian. We were in Itally for a Wedding and had 4 rooms at the Diva. We were treated well and gived lots of attention

comments Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour a l'hotel Diva. Le maitre d'hotel était très serviable et a répondu a toutes nos demande. Nous étions 5 a devoir partir a 5hrs du matin pour prendre l'avion. Le téléphone a sonné a l'heure prévu pour notre réveil et le taxi nous attendait . Nous avons très bien dormi. Les chambres étaient propre et l'air climatisé fonctionnait bien. Au besoin nous y retournerions sans problème.

comments My trip to Florence had been organised by my friend James (Mike ) Wallis. we were both delighted with the Diva. What made it so special was the kindness and attendance to detail of the staff. Should we return to Florence it will be at The Diva.

comments Great costumer service. The staff is super friendly and kind. Breakfast is delicious the only down part is that it is indeed a bit far from the city centre so you have to be very aware of the buses´timetable if not you end up paying 20 euros for a taxi. Nevertheless the atmosphere is very nice.

comments Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare presso il Diva Hotel perché è in una posizione strategica: accanto ad un parcheggio gratuito e vicinissimo alla fermata del 22 che in pochissimo ti porta in pieno centro e, trovi i biglietti alla reception! Il personale è molto cordiale e la colazione è abbondante, si possono gustare ogni giorno diverse torte squisite!

comments Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Ottima la struttura alberghiera, ottima la pulizia delle camere, ottima la cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Ottimo è risultato, inoltre, il servizio bar aperto 24 h su 24. Ricca la colazione. Buona la posizione. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (n. 22) in circa 20 min. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

comments Hotel was perfect for simply spending the night before flying out early the next morning. Location was in the suburbs/residential area, but nearby pizzeria, recommended by the hotel, had some of the best food in Florence (and was clearly very popular with the "locals"). Airport only about 15 minutes away (not possible to walk) but taxis assess a surcharge before 6 a.m. Hotel was easy to get to by bus from the train station in downtown Florence (hotel is near the end of the line).
