comments My Partner and I stayed for 2 nights along with our dog, Kiera. We had a lovely stay and everyone was very pleasant. The food in both the Bar and Restaurant was fabulous, from taste to presentation. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend! Thank you!

comments Only problem was radiator in the lounge was not working, an extra heater was put in the room and worked very well.

comments Room was not warm enough in the late afternoon - outside temp 0c. No decaf coffee avsilable for the room or the next morning at breakfast. Bar food was very good.

comments room was quite basic for the same price that other family members had paid, who had a far superior room. Also the shower when taken at 5pm was cold, but this probably cannot be helped if others were also using the showers in other rooms at the same tiome.

In this case you were the unlucky member of your party as we had managed to offer the others free upgrades to our deluxe rooms. We will have to make sure it's your turn next time!! sorry for that. We have ample hot water in all bedrooms for our guests to take shower, run baths etc at the same time. We only became aware of the issue you mentioned from other guests who told us they had had the same issue. we called a plumber out and the issue was fixed that same night. We hope neither of these problems spoilt your stay and we look forward to welcoming you all back. Happy Christmas Nick

comments We spent a weekend at the Inn at Lathones in October. The whole stay from start to finish was excellent. The food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and the service we received from all of them (especialliy Scott) was excellent. The room was very warm, large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I intend to spend another weekend there soon.

comments We were very delighted with our stay for 2 nights at the Inn. The food was really nice and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and more than helpful. Good atmosphere, comfortable, great location - for great golfing in Eastern Fife!

comments When it rained, it sounded like there was a bad water leak in the wall of our room, unit 3.

comments I arranged for a break with my mom and we had a great stay. My mom has some dietary restrictions and the staff was so helpful in accomodating these. Great staff and service. We will definitely return.

comments Staff were very attentive- past comments indicated unfriendliness, so this has clearly been adressed! Very good atmosphere. For a single lady travelling alone I felt very comfortable and well accomodated. Only minus- if your a light sleeper make them aware so you aren't at the road side!

comments The Inn was greatly situated in relation to Edinburgh and St Andrews. Simple but nice and comfortable rooms. The restaurant had great offerings, the breakfast was great. The staff was helpfull.

comments This was my husband and I's second stay at the Inn which is an excellent place to stay just outside St Andrews. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. Also the breakfast is good with lots of choice.

comments Enjoyed the stay at the Inn. Room was good size and very comfortable. Facilities was high and the staff and management were very friendly and also accommodating. We like our accommodation that we stayed a second nght. Location of Inn was close to the town of St Andrews and I woud reccommend the Inn to my friends to stay here. Will return again to the Inn at The Lathones.

comments stayed one night in a lovely room with direct access to the decking overlooking fields. The room and bed was very comfortable and cosy .Bathroom was luxurious !...We had pre ordered wine and salmon canopes and tis was promptly supplied and delicious. Dinner was great and we would have liked more time to linger over it but as we were there to hear Keirin Goss music ( which was fabulous in a great venue ) we had to finish by ( p.m. ( we should have reserved our table for 7p.m) Staff were very friendly and courteous.......breakfast fab. A special thanks to Nick for arranging that Rab gave us a lift to the local bus stop thus saving us £17.00 in taxi fare to St Andrews .
