I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise from the very busy street. the room was welcoming and spacious. the bathroom was a little on the small side, however the breakfasts were very nice.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well worth the rate charged. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant, as much as you could eat from the toast, cereals, fruit section etc, followed by full english. Would stay again when in Edinburgh, great value for money.
