comments Reception and Concierge staff were excellent - all our queries were immediately attended to. In the Mint bar the staff were kind enough to help with a surprise visit of our daughters to my wife's birthday celebrations. The food in the restaurant was excellent although somewhat pricey - particularly breakfast. In the Atrium, the bar service was a little slow. In general, the long corridors and internal window view was a little claustraphobic. The room itself was on the small side and a strange shape.

comments Very nice hotel, ideally situated. Glasses in the room a very nice touch, but tea making facilities not enough.

comments I choose the hotel as a surprise nite to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. the room was overlooking the atrium and we were a little disappointed with the shape of the room for a 5 star hotel. While the style and furnishings did make up for the odd design of the room it was disappointing. We did make our feelings known to receiption and we were given a complimentary breakfeast, but I both of us were a little let down with the room,

comments Not 5 star - room quite adequate but do not expevt vacuum cleaner going outside room at 9am and housekeeping knocking on door at 9.20am to see if they can come in to clean room.

comments stayed in Westin Dublin 4 1 nite - stayed with my partner and 3 yr ols daughter. Our stay was a great success. we had a lovely meal in the bar down stairs, the staff throughout the hotel were spot on and the location was 2nd to none. parking was the only funny in that we hadn't booked the car into their car park which is apparently a necessity... we didn't know that and we ended up parking in the car park across the street - not a huge inconvenience but had we known we would have booked it with the hotel reservation. rec a stay to anyone shopping, concert, general nite out etc.
