comments Nice room with bathroom, all clean. Good to reach by bus within a short time. Doors inside the flat close all very noisy. That's maybe the only thing that could be better.

comments Fairly nice, but loud. Doors slamming above and below at all hours. Rooms do not get cleaned well, but they aren't rank. A bit far from city centre so don't miss the last #10 bus. 46N isn't covered on rambler pass.

comments The stay was fine. The directions on how to check in etc. were vague. There were actually two Roebuck Halls. Pretty Confusing.

comments Place was spotless, staff friendly and efficient. Check-in time way too late at 3.00pm. No signposts on campus and a nightmare to find for people on foot from Air-Bus bus stop. Security Gaurd at main entrance was extremely rude when I went to ask for directions to Campus accomodation. Closed down window and proceeded to make a phone call! Shame!

comments I stayed 6 nights at the UCD (Roebuck Hall) and really enjoyed it! The rooms with individual bathrooms are really nice, and there´s a shared kitchen with all facilities and dining/sitting area with big windows from where you can see the city to one side and the hills behind the university to the other. It´s app. 5 km from the city, but the buses are running frequently to and from campus, and you can also walk to the city in about an hour. My walks to the city took me through the university area, which is quite nice too - there are lots of green areas, sports facilities (which I think you are allowed to use when staying there), shops, pharmacy, ATM, cafés, a book store, internet café, library (which I couldn´t use since I wasn´t studying there, nor a student at another university) etc. Though you get of course your own key (card) to the building and apartment and room, there are also receptionist 24hrs I think - all very kind and helpful - well, that´s the Irish for you! :-)

comments The kitchen untensils were poor, the rooms badly insulated regarding sound. The staff were helpful and the location was close to the city

comments It was very difficult to locate the actual halls. A suggestion for future is to maybe signpost at the College. The room itself was lovely, and clean.

comments The stay was good but I didn't like the way in which they treated my items on the day of travel. When I had gone on a half day tour on return I found that some of items were removed from the desk and the fridge and thrown in the garbage which is totally unacceptable. The explanation that they gave that a new guest was coming and as I was checking out was totally unacceptable. Is that the way you handle the items when the person is about to leave the premises. Fortunately, there weren't anything valuables but their behaviour at the end was not acceptable by any stretch of imagination. They could have atleast kept the items for that particular day till 5 pm or so and then disposed it off.

comments Staff was very friendly and accommodations were as stated. The web site or confirmation email should have much more detailed directions for those gueste driving to the campus. It is not easy to find.

comments Very basic accommodation which was ideal for what we required. Bus service available at bottom of road which took you straight into city centre which was great. Cleanliness of apartment was below average but beds and bedding was spotless. Would certainly use again but would bring along cleaning materials.

comments I had a lovely stay at UCD Village. I was not expecting it to be very nice because the price was so cheap, but it was clean, the people were friendly, there was a store close by, and the bus system was easily accessible.

comments Main complaint, showers and bathroom areas were very grubby..needed a good scrub. Perhaps a "throw" over chairs would improve apparence, fresh duvet covers for visitors !

comments Friendly efficient reception. Poor quality sheets, duvet covers questionable ? washed ? Quick stay - night of match - lots of noise singing "Championes" until about 4 am. Perhaps consideration could be considered when allocating rooms, i.e. families who like to sleep not in the same block.
