comments Yes, I had a very pleasant stay at Travelodge Rathmines. The room was absolutely all right and so was the bathroom. The receptionists were very professional and I wish to thank them again for their services. I am positive I will choose this location again!

comments The room was massive and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Totally pleased. Take the bus, a little too far to walk into Dublin City.

comments I liked the hotel very much. The only problem for me is the fact that the hotel does not have a room to have breakfast in; instead you have to have it in your own room provided you have booked it the previous day. Concerning the room itself I must say that it was spacious and cozy; the beds confortable and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Although the hotel is not very close to the city centre, it is otherwise located on a very nice area with many buses lines just in front of it, including a line to the airport which bus stop is within walking distance to the hotel (only 2 Euros one way). In fact, I didn't use any bus or taxi to go from and to hotel from the city centre. It's only a pleasant 20 minute walk. Yes, I would stay in that hotel again and I'm not afraid to try the other hotels from Travelodge in other cities.

comments The staff were very freindly. The location was perfect as although it is not slap bang in the centre of Dublin most of my freinds live in this part of the city. It was good value for money - again for Dublin - which is super expenisve. The hotel was clean and warm but it was very basic accomodation all the same. I'm glad I brought my own soap! The tiny bar provided would not go very far. The bus stops outside to take you in and out of the city centre (about a 10 minute journey) could not have been located much closer. Another plus.

comments Great value for the proximity to the city centre. Lots of great cafes and bars nearby to pick up breakfast before your 15 minute stroll into the centre. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff,

comments Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff very good but the breakfast was poor it should have been included in the price, also they do not provide the usual tolietries you get in other hotels. think it is more than the stated 15 mins walk to centre of Dublin.

comments Good basic room, with all neccessary amenities, good shower. The staff were very friendly. It was a bit too far out of town, a good 30 min walk for us aged 18, but lots of taxis are around which are nt too dear as long as the traffic is good. But a all round ok hotel.

comments we had to report a number of faults in the room that we were originally allocated but we were given a choice of alternative rooms and eventually found one to our satisfaction. Clearly it is not a new hotel and it is showing signs of wear. The bathrooms were the most obvious areas - cracked tiles, dripping taps, missing plugs and, in the original room, a broken shower door.
