comments The receptionist on checkin was really welcoming and very friendly, Our room was nice and very comfortable, We eat in the Bar and the food was good and not overpriced, The waiter was very friendly, I later discovered I had not brought my cufflinks and went to reception to ask the receptionist to staple my shirt cuffs but she said not to worry I could borrow a pair and give them back in the morning,The breakfast was very good,Overall I think the staff at the Hotel are Fantastic and as with me They will go the extra mile to help the customer,especially the Receptionist,I will stay again when I am in Dublin Thanks again for all your help,Pat O Connor

comments The hotel is fine although a little updating of the rooms would be welcome. I'm suprised this is a 4 star hotel though. Foodservice staff in the bar were nice and friendly but obviously untrained or poorly trained because they wern't particularly quick or efficient. There was also a smell of stale smoke in our supposedly non smoking bedroom

comments I stayed with yourselves previously a few years back and it was lovely. Our stay this time was good but the room was a bit small and pocky. Breakfast was only alright. I am a ceoliac, normally a seperate breakfast is made to avoid cross contamination and it was not. Most hotels have gluten free sausages and pudding for ceoliacs. The gluten free bread was nice. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

comments Sir, Madame whilst the room was of course clean, the bath itself was small, as was the room. The view to the roof of the spa was uninspiring. The Irish staff was unkempt, the non nationals were smart. The bacon was cooked perfectly, but no warmth/pleasure in the service. Deirdre O'Mahony

comments Upon arrival was met by very happy and curteous receptionist who changed my room without any problems. Room was very nice, quiet and well presented. Nice atmosphere in the bar during the evening and a very pleasent nights sleep. Breakfast offered no surprises and was ocne again very well presented and enjoyable. Not the usual rush to get guests in and out as quickly as possible. Checking out was once again very pleasurable. Receptionist was most helpful. All in all a top class affair. Well done - would definiitely re-book.

comments We were very satisfied with our stay. We regularly stay at the Stillorgan Park and will continue to do so as we find the staff very friendly and helpful. The girl who took our reservation over the phone and also checked us in (I think her name was Eileen) was exceptionaly friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious, also very clean. Also the bar staff were very friendly. We werent able to stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that.

comments Unfortunately we were unable to stay at your hotel due to the fact that Manchester Airport has installed body scanners and are putting 90 per cent of passengers through them. We objected to going through on health grounds and they refused to let us fly. As a point of interest, if other passengers feel like us (and there are many that do) there will be many fewer people flying to Dublin certainly from Manchester and possibly also from other UK airports. However, you kindly refunded one night's cost, which we felt was very reasonable.

comments Hotel was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. The courtesy bus was excellent, taking us to UCD in the morning. Minor niggles in room: tv remote broken and floor cold for some reason. But would stay here again in prerefence to the Radisson down the road.

comments the lady that checked us in was very polite and friendly. the bar staff were friendly and more than willing to help in any way. the rooms were clean and kept to a very high standard. the food also was excellent. however, two members of staff, one the bar manager....a tall guy with curly hair was a bit ''in your face'' and when i was in conversation with a member of staff, wanted to know what was going on! the morning of our check out, at 10.15am the cleaners came into our room.....while we were in it! that doesnt bother me though....what really bothered me was the manner of the lady at the desk on check out...she was incredibly rude, i left the hotel almost in a rage. i have never been ''blanked'' so efficiently by anyone before especially after seeing how friendly she was to and older couple with a credit card! was i because i paid cash that she treated me so rudely? a friend of mine actually, who stayed the same night said he and his wife had the same level of ignorance on their check out. that aside i would still visit the hotel again i i knew she wasnt working!

comments My overall stay was very nice. However the security guards were very rough about clearing out the residents bar. I know it there were people there after a Christmas party but the guards were agressive and probably caused more problems than solved them.

comments We enjoyed our short stay at the Stillorgan park hotel. The staff were friendly helpful and with their lovely effort in singing happy birthday to my mother added to our celebration. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's friendly, comfortable atmosphere that also served delicious food in the restaurant.

comments Very friendly staff at the Hotel. However, on the night of Sat. 4th Dec. we didn`t get any sleep whatsoever due to drunken rowdiness in our corridor. We had room no. 146. Did report this to Reception at 02.00 a.m. and yet again at 4 a.m. who sent up some men from security to sort out the problem. This will no doubt be recorded in their logg-book. I understand from some other guests that the same thing happened on their floor too, and their room was on the second floor. Also, when we book in on 2nd December we were not told that a charge of 50 Euro would be deducted from my account. This is 13th December and still haven`t been refunded with my 50 Euro which I understand is kept as Security when a guest books in. I don`t want to give the impression that I`m a moaning person. The overall impression of your Hotel is good.

comments this was a fantastic hotel to stay in the rooms were very spacious and comfortably, when we arrived at the hotel it was 2 o clock in the morning and we very tired and hungry, the staff were so helpful and friendly. we got food at 2.00 am and it was fit for a king. overall a really nice hotel and i would love to stay again.

comments As soon as I gave my name and without checking on screen, the receptionist said "oh yes, your sister is already here, your room is ..." Instantly gave the impression that each individual guest mattered and the service we received from the rest of the staff backed that up. Room and restaurant were great too.

comments When we checked in it was very busy but reception were on the ball.We were heading to the concert and we were well impressed that we were offered transport. We had food in the bar and the staff were vere plesent but the highlight had to be breakfast it had a great selection on the buffet and it tasted as good as it looked. We will be back.

comments We had a great time when we stayed at your hotel recently. The staff were extremely helpful especially the receptionist on duty the weekend of the Michael Buble Concert. The courtesy bus to the Concert was a great idea and we were very grateful for it on the saturday night.The breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. comments We stayed in July with our 16 and 3 year old daughters in the family room for 3 days. It was clean and big enough for all of us. We stayed on an extra night. The location is great for travelling into and out of Dublin. We will stay again in the Stillorgan Park Hotel in future.

comments It was a pleasant surprise to have a family room that was spacious and suited to the needs of a family and not a shoe box. it was great to have the courtesy bus available to take us to Leoparstown the only draw back was the weather but more reason to go again and i would definately have no problem recomending the Stilorgan Park Hotel to friends and family.

comments The room was clean and the a/c worked very well. The staff were attentive and helpful. The Stillorgan is well organized and has a good location on the edge of Dublin City Centre, this hotel is within easy reach of all main attractions, including Dundrum Shopping Centre. Many Many Positive conforts in the Stillorgan. The one Negative was the Food in the Bar area - As for everything else ( Excellant Hotel )

comments I stayed 1 night at the stillorgan park hotel as i was attending a party. I must say that staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and i would highly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Dublin. Rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was plentyful and very tasty, Service at breakfast was prompt and again staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and checking out was done in an efficient friendly manner, With frequent bus service to the city centre this hotel is in a great location for visitors.

comments We had a delightful stay. We hadn't been looking forward to an entire 8 days in a hotel. But this was great! Its right on a bus line, and public transport is great in Dublin. I walked to UCD five different days, and had a lovely 25 minute walk. Our room was luxuriously roomy, and we had a lovely sitting room. Staff always helpful, restaurant very good. It is outside of downtown Dublin, so much quieter than I imagine downtown hotels might be. Would gladly stay here again. Booked online. No hassles.

comments It was an ideal location - I needed a quiet restful place to be in the evening while attending to business during the day. The hotel staff were attentive, considerate,respectful and friendly - without being intrustive. The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy while the food in the turf bar ws excellent - as were the staff. Wonderful Hotel stay.

comments My stay at the Stillorgan Park in Dublin was a pleasant surprise. It is an older hotel but very well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and the bed linens of high quality. Everything I needed, coffee/tea service, iron and board, hair dryer and even a flat screen T.V. were at my fingertips. Where ever you are, be it the lounge in the lobby, pub or restaurant there was a pleasant staff person there promptly to offer food or drink. The desk staff was friendly, courteous and helpful and never forgot a wake up call! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be spoiled at a very reasonable price.

comments Hi, stayed for 1 night on a bi-annual girls night away - from the lovely girl on reception at check in (can't remember her name but she was most helpful and welcoming) to lovely meal in restaurant that evening and breakfast next morning we all had a wonderful time and are planning to try your hotel in Carlow for our next get together. comments We stayed here on a saturday night and went to a gig in the RDS. It was a great location and the staf were really nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed really comfy. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone as a base for shopping in town or a night out. The hotel is in a great location for buses and taxis are cheap from here to town also.

comments The Still Organ Park Hotel was a wonderful surprise. I knew from the website that it was a good choice. But I was very surprised at how nice the public areas and the rooms were. The staff was also exceptionally helpful and nice. It was located right across the street from the bus line to take you directly in to Dublin. We had a wonderful time in Ireland and the accommodations certainly added to our trip.

comments I must stay that my stay was very comforting !! I stayed at the hotel for five days and was really satisfied with the service.The staffs were welcoming and cooperative ...and their service was prompt . Most importantly I cant help mentioning about nice food which I am very critical about.From nice Indian platter on room service to the phenomenal restaurant ...its a pleasant culinary delight you will enjoy and everything at a reasonable price. The hotel is well connected by Bus/taxi service so less to worry on that part. If you book early there are lots of nice packages to choose from ....awaiting my next visit !!

comments I fond all staff very friendly and helpful. I was staying on my own and from the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome. I needed directions to Dundrum and the reception staff printed them for me. I forgot my glasses when I came down for a meal in the bar and the waitress let me use hers to see the menu. In the dining room I was eating on my own and the staff were so friendly and nice that it made me feel very comfortable. The bedroom was very clean warm and had everything I needed, safe car park and most of all friendly helpful staff.

comments I stayed at the Stillorgan Hotel for the first time two weeks ago. I normally stay in another hotel in Leopardstown. In fact I was not aware I had a choice of hotels in the Leopardstown area until a colleague told me about this Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and service. I ate in the hotel every evening in the Bar area and the food was plentiful and served very hot so again I was impressed. My only critism is that the bed pillows, although crisp and clean pillowcase, had a musty aroma to them. Perhaps the pillows need replacing. I will definitely only use this Hotel when I visit Leopardstown on business.

comments A very friendly atmosphere could be sensed fron time we checked in until we checked out. Staff very accomodating. I am a coeliac and required gluten free bread, this was no problem and I must comment on the bread rolls they were delicious and I'd love to know who the baker is. All staff were enthusiastic about their job and were most helpful. We will certainly stay in Stillorgan Park whenever we visit Dublin again.

comments My stay was 1 night business travel from cork as i was taking an exam in UCD the next day, i booked dinner b&b and asked for a room in a quiet part of the hotel to study and my request was definitely answered. Great staff and the food in the Purple Sage was divine. Good parking facilities too as i have a sporty car and like to keep watch on it when i can.... :-) Thanks.

comments The accommodation was great. The food was delicious. It was so good we eat there each night and it was great value. But the staff were fantastic, particularly the receptionist who helped me arrange an ice bucket, strawberries and champagne to be brought to our room as a surprise for my partner who had just run the Dublin Marathon for charity. Will recommend the hotel to all I meet and hope to return one day.

comments Large Family room very spacious with a double and two single beds. The extra seating area and second tv a bonus for the grown ups. We did a room only and paid for breakfast which was cheaper. Breakfast choice good. I felt the bathroom was in need of a revamp and our shower and bath taps did not work properly. Howvever the friendly and helpful staff dealt with this promptly. Would have given 5 but for bathroom. Hotel corridors need repainted in muted colours orange walls and blue carpets are a bit scary! We would definitely stay at the Stillorgan Park again and it's an quick 15 min bus ride into town. Avoid the rush hou though!

comments Efficient and friendly welcome. Found us an excellent, quiet, family room at the back of the Hotel (we phoned through with this as a special request 24hrs before arrival). Didn't use restaurant as we were visiting family and friends in Dublin. Good large car park (free). One hours free daily wireless internet available.

comments Extremely friendly and helpful staff, hotel was very clean and warm and the food was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. With me being a coeliac and briefly mentioning it on booking I was delighted to find that they had my gluten free bread each morning for my breakfast. My husband is in a wheelchair and got a puncture and the reception staff and hotel employed bus driver went out of their way to fix it for him, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

comments Arrived on a Saturday morning for a conference. The conference suite was very comfortable, with a first class buffet lunch provided. Although I had specified during my on-line booking that I wouldn't be checking in until 5pm, I decided to book in at lunchtime during our break. The receptionist was an absolute angel with great customer care skills and although our room wasn't ready, arranged for us to have a twin room instead immediatly. The live music in the bar on Saturday night was a very talented tri who we enjoyed immensely. We enjoyed munching on a platter of finger food, which was reasonably priced while we were entertained. The breakfast on Sunday morning was also very good. The bar,reception,dining room and hospitality staff were friendly and courteous at all times. Well done to them all. It was a pleasure staying at The Stilorgan Park Hotel..

comments The receptionist from Monaghan was one of the best I have come accross in a long time - so friendly and professional with a very caring attitude - she deserves success! The corridors let the rest of the hotel down. The use of the computer on the first floor was excellent. The breakfast was superb - especially the cereals and nuts! brown bread and coffee. The rate was unbelievable and with free parking - it would definitely be high on my list of recommendations for Dublin overnight. The offer to leave the car and take bus into city was an excellent one - which I only appreicated when I braved traffic and tried to find parking around Burlington which was a somewhat stressful and delaying experience. Thumbs up for Stillorgan Park and Monaghan receptionist!

comments The food in the restaurant was lovely especially the red pepper and mushroom soup and the service was very good...we got a room beside the lift which we requested. We hold a disabled parking permit and were lucky to get a disabled parking spot..we noted most cars in the disabled parking did not have a disabled parking permit and were there again the next morning...not sure if the parking was the responsibility of the hotel.

comments We arrived early in the morning and the staff at reception could not have been more helpful. Our room was ready for us within a very short time. That evening I had a problem with my TV. The duty manager and another man (sorry I do not remember their names) were very helpful. They tried to fix the problem and when they could not, they got me another television set from someplace. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very impressed. The food in the bar down stairs was adequate.

comments Very impressive hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant. We requested to move rooms as we were right over the function room which was in operation that night. There was no hesitation in moving us to the other side of the hotel. Restaurant is beautiful and food great. Bus transport straight into the city from right outside the hotel. The only down side was that our room key kept failing so we kept being denied access to the room and constantly had to get it reprogrammed at reception. Overall would definately recommend this hotel to freinds and family.

We sampled the bar food, which was great quality and value for money, there was lots of staff who were always very helpful and if you intend to see a show at the RDS, this is a good base as we were back within ten minutes of leaving.
