comments The flat was excellent value for money, and we were upgraded to a two-bedroom flat at no extra cost. Views from both our apartment and the roof terrace were spectacular and the card and box of chocolates as a Christmas gift were a really nice touch. Staff were really helpful, particularly with sorting out the parking for us at a discounted rate, and the flat was well-stocked with all the equipment and linen we needed. Have already recommended it to three people!

comments The appartmebt was great and in a fantastic location. Plenty of nice restaurants close by (millenium apts are in the italian quarter), staff when dealing with them were great. Only reason it doesn't get a five was that the hot water was a bit complicated and the shower didn't work very well, but survived with the bath!

comments We were disappointed when we arrived as we were not allocated an apartment in the area we had specified to be near to our friends who were staying in the millenium appts, instead we were told that those were fully booked and had to walk 15minutes with heavy bags away from the centre to the ivy appts. Although the appt itself was nice this was not what we had booked and we were not told that accomodation would be allocated upon arrival.

comments We had two stays in the Stay Dublin Self-Catering Apts. Our first stay was in the Millineum Tower. While the apt. was fine, the noise was terrible since the sound rose up from the narrow "alley way". The alley way was a direct route from the Temple Bar area and at 3 AM every morning, we could hear the revelers returning home. However, this apartment was close to the Jervis Luas stop and the Millineum Bridge. Our second stay was in the Capel Apts. Nicer accomodations, but difficult to find since there is only a small (8x10) flyer on the upper portion of the door. We had to return to the Stay Dublin office to get the night clerk to lead us to the apartment which did not make him happy.

comments Great Location! I would recommend anyone to stay at the Millenium Aprtments if you're staying in Dublin. However, the customer service and the Cleanliness of the aprtments leaves something to be desired. After being ignored by the reception staff then them not knowing where are apartment was situated, we were greeted by an apartment with absolutely filthy carpets. As we were only staying for one night we kept our head down and ignored this. If only you improved on the customer service skills of your staff and the cleanliness of the apartments these aprtments would be ideal for anyone travelling to Dublin, wanting a central location.

comments unfortunately the apartment I booked was not available due to some repairs and our group of 5 had to stay at another apartment without previous notice. the apartment was very nice and clean but had only one bathroom (which can be a problem for 5 people) and was too close to the center which resulted in very loud and sleepless mornings. if you stay at Millenium Towers better bring your earplugs.

comments We spent four days at the Christ Church Apartments. The location of the apartments is in a run down section of Dublin, and the apartments are located on a major road. For this reason, it is an uncomfortable walk from the downtown core of Dublin to the hotel, and it is quite noisy at night. The apartment was clean, however, the stove/oven did not work, the carpeting was loose from the floor, the bathroom smelt musty, and the telephone did not work. Having said all of that, the apartment was large and suitable to a family.

comments Although appartment was nice, fairly new and up to date, it could have done with being cleaner (wooden floors needed sweeping etc.). Also, extremely rowdy neighbours in adjoining two appartments meant no sleep for 3 nights (not the fault of Stay Dublin I know). However, for value for money I still think it's a good choice.

We were on the 3rd floor so during the week had views onto offices but we weren't there during the day anyway. The 8th floor apartment has wonderful views of the city and would have prefered that view on the Monday morning! Dont let that put you off staying here.

In a two bedroom apartment we enjoyed the comfort and privacy of two bathrooms. the only (small) critisism was the lack of a cutting board and a coffee making facility in the other wise super modern and well equipt kitchen. The Ivy apartments are situatied in center city but on a quiet street. Rest of the apartment look old(maybe to someone that is plus). The shower has not been working properly on first day of my arrival(call the staff). It is clean place and by quality and price it falls in Dublin average. If you are staying for few days and you are not to demanding it is the good place to stay for few days.

comments The apartment and the satff were great, specially Ciara Walsh, who was patient enough to answer many question before and after we arrived. One comment, the only negative, the carpets in the apartment we rented (9th floor) were so dirty that our feet would be black minutes after getting out of the shower. It should be an easy fix. Other than that, we will stay there again any time we come to Dublin.

comments capel st apartments are 10 min walk from reception, but were good value for money as only 5 min walk to temple bar (past lots of adult shops tho!). Flat was cheap and cheerful, and clean.

comments Basically they were clean and tidy, good locations, however there were a few things that were dissappointing. Broken shower head, wrong keys given to apartment, no teapot, unusable ironing board because too wobbly. some apartments needed things like another mirror, instructions on how to use the washing machine. We were happy to stay in these apartments however they just need some things maintained and added to like more coat hangers, washing clothes horse, etc.

comments The apartment was super. The only things we could suggest are: it would be nice with a bedlamp to each bed, and in the kitchen we wanted som trenchers (is that the right word? You know a piece of wood or plastic to cut your bread and meat on). The position, the whole arrangement and the standard of the apartment were absolutely ok. (much better than my english)

comments Very loud location. It only got semi- quiet about 4:30 am after residents started yelling.
