The apartment was very clean and it wasn't noisy. From there it was only a short walk to the southern city centre, which was, even with kids, easy to manage. Unfortunately there is no chance to park your car there. You can use parking facilities tha are in five to ten-minute walking distance (fee!) Motorists should know that. These are really good apartments for the price. They have everything you need, are clean, spacious and comfortable and are only 10 minutes walk to Temple Bar (or 5 euro in a cab which you can always find outside). The only downside is that they are in a side street that looks a little dodgy but there are 3 security codes to get in to the block and we didn't see anything or anyone untoward!	report this review as inappropriate

Overall, very happy with level of cleanliness and facilties. The cooking utensils need updating, eg only 3 breakfast plates and no dishwashing tablets.	report this review as inappropriate

Apartment itself is OK, but a few issues: Futon was worn out, kitchen has no pots/pans and extremely few utensils. Also, no internet access of any kind in the apartments. And the maid left our window open after cleaning, not good when you're on the ground floor. With just a little spend, the experience could be made a lot nicer.	report this review as inappropriate

We stayed in Apartment 5 on the ground floor. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but the apartment was slightly further out than we realised. ALOT of walking...Also the sound of the water heater from the upstairs apartment was VERY loud and came on every 10mins or so from about 8am. Apartment was very clean but for 2 bed apartment would def recommend no more than 3/4 people. Would stay again if needed cheap digs and needed some excercise!!!	report this review as inappropriate

Great location for the price. Expect about a 30 min walk with little kids up to the main tourist area and the Liffey. Handy for buses to town & the airport. Nice and secure and great layout in 2 bed apt. Everything you could need, but we asked for a carton of milk for the kids as we were arriving late, but they dont seem to do those kind of requests.	report this review as inappropriate

The apartments are good value. Maintenance niggles were sorted out quickly. We had difficulty finding the apartments, so make sure you have a good map & directions. There is no parking - so if you arrive with a car this could be a major issue.	report this review as inappropriate

i was really impressed with the place, nice and clean and good to have a balcony too. the security was god, although too many codes to remember wiv the alcohol!! looked a little bit scary wiv the walk to it but then it was nice. make sure your luggage has got wheels though coz it is a little bit of a walk. good if you want a cheaper nite if u wanna cook before you go out to save the pennies! will defo go back!	report this review as inappropriate

The apartment was great, perfect for our needs with two kids. My only mild criticism would be with the map instructions from the Harcourt Hotel (where you get keys) to the Apartments themselves. The apartment for 6 pax is really nice! Nearly new furnished with own terrace! Only sleeping in the living room/kitchen is not that comfortable, cause the water pump makes a big noise.	report this review as inappropriate

Appt very clean, well equipped, easy to get to city centre by bus, Hotel staff were very abrupt and not overly helpful. long walk from hotel to appt with luggage. it says 5 mins, was nearer 20 mins! would use again for price and conveniance, but would hope staff are friendlier. My stay is not an issue, the appartments were fine. But the location was not what I expected. The Hotel is in Dublin 2 and the appartments in Dublin 8! I had specifically wanted something closer to the city center.	report this review as inappropriate

Apartment wasnt ready when we arrived due to prior occupants leaving it in a mess. Staff at the hotel gave us a bigger apartment for the inconvenience. Apartments themselves are set back from the city, a couple of streets away from Harcourt Hotel itself. About 10-15 minutes to reach city centre by foot. The apartment was basic but clean. Modern kitchen, plenty of hot water, comfortbale rooms. Security system. Improvements that could be made include more utensils ie a can opener that works. Also water tank was quite noisy and security system was a little fiddly. However these minor niggles didnt ruin our stay.	report this review as inappropriate

We enjoyed the stay very much: the location is easily reached by bus and the Green Line Luas, the rooms were very neat and quiet (even on busy moments like Halloween), the personnel was very friendly and correct, the amenities are complete. One thing to improve: when we started cooking, we discovered there was a lack of pots and pans. Luckily our neighbours helped a hand! (This review has been edited)	report this review as inappropriate

Although it said when booking that the Shaw Court Appartments were not far away from the Hawcourt Hotel where we book in - the reality is that you have to walk 10 minutes to the Shaw Court - not good when you've got heavy bags. This should be made more clear when booking. Also the sofa bed in the lounge was very very hard and no one got a good nights sleep. Quiet and comfortable. Close to the most important museums and to the bus stop. Courtesy and good attemption from the serviced team. I missed only a tea pot and a coffee maker. Sorry for the language mistakes.	report this review as inappropriate

We were very satiesfied with our stay at the Shaw Court Apartments Dublin. It was clean. The staff was very pleasent, even the receptionist gave us the wrong driving direction to the Shaw Court Apartements, and we used 30 min to find the way from St. Stephens green to the apartments. The apartment was nicely furnished, but next time I would like to get a softer bed. I loved the quiet area that surround the apartments, but the water running system was disturbing, espesially at nights when the child who slept in the living room woke up every time someone flushed the toilet. Other than this, we were very satiesfied and would like to reccommend the apartments to others.	report this review as inappropriate
