	Very satisfactory stay - nice lobby and bar/rest - room was v comfy (though I had to search for the t/coffee tray - it was hidden in the cupboard under the TV) - good location to for O Connell st - will return soon to Dublin and will probably stay with you again

	Outside of hotel could do with a paint & tidy up, but inside was very clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Stayed with two friends in a four single room, lots of space. Bathroom clean ( always helps!!) with clean towles daily. Coffee not the best in the room but at breakfast was very nice. Would stay again. Excellant hotel if you just want a bed to sleep in. Thanks

	El hotel en general está muy bien.La ubicación perfecta.El personal amable. Sólo comentaría que el gel (a granel) es terrible. En el desayuno eché en falta leche CALIENTE. Por lo demas, estupendo

	Good hotel, comfortable room, en-suite very small though, but workable, had everything I needed. Breakfast wasn't great though, some of the food was overcooked and some was undercooked. Would stay here again all things being considered.

An enjoyable stay at a surprisingly quiet hotel, would stay again and would recommend to others. The reception, room and bar were very good. The only minor point for improvement, which is why the rating is a 4 and not a 5, is the breakfast room was below the standard of the rest of the hotel; the breakfast would have been better served in the restaurant section of the hotel. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

	The room was perfectly nice and very clean and the staff were great. I really liked the breakfasts but my boyfriend wasn't as keen. Beware parking costs of 10 euro's a night but overall I enjoyed our stay and it was very central and handy for seeing all of Dublin.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for our honeymoon. The staff were friendly and the breakfast as delicious. The hotel itself was nice, although a tad outdated, however we felt this added to the hotel itself. The bar prices were reasonable, and we enjoyed sitting there the 2 nights we were there as it was nice and quiet. The one thing I would like to say is there was a fire on the last night we stayed there, a few rooms down from us, and the whole hotel had to be evacuated. I would like to point out the quick thinking of the receptionist, who acted quickly and calmly to put out the fire himself, as if he had not acted so quickly I have no doubt that the whole thing would have been a lot worse. We really enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. Thanks! :)

	Chambres propres et très calmes. Excellente localisation en plein centre ville. Personnel serviable. Buffet de petit déjeuner bien mais sans plus.Peut être amélioré. L'odeur de friture/gras dans la salle du buffet du petit déjeuner est très désagréable dès le matin. Mieux vaut s'éloigner du buffet pour le petit déjeuner pour ne pas ressortir avec les vêtements aux odeurs de friture

	We have been very satisfied! We were supposed to stay only 1 night at first but we actually spent another one there! It is a great value for money. It is clean, very central and the breakfast is good. Just ask for a room not on the side of the road if you can, it will be even quieter!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel aussi bien à la réception qu'au service du petit déjeuner. La chambre aurait mérité un rafraichissement et le couchage n'est pas de bonne qualité. Nous aurions préféré un petit déjeuner offrant plus de variétés ou qui change un peu d'un jour à l'autre. Nous sommes restés une semaine, et manger la même chose chaque matin n'est pas très agréable.Je regrette que le café servi dans les thermos ne soit pas bon et que celui de la machine, meilleur soit payant même pour vos client de l'hôtel. Le service de chambre est correct mais attention les réservoirs de shampoing et gel ne sont pas toujours regarnis.

	We had a fantastic short break at the Rpley Court. All of the staff couldn't have been more helpful with information regarding our stay and tourist information as well. Our room was very clean and a super breakfast kept us going all day. We wll be using this hotel again on our next trip to Dublin due to its central location and great value for money.

Das Ripley Court Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen, die wir angesichts des sehr günstigen Preises nicht besonders hoch gesteckt hatten, weit übertroffen! Wir haben uns im Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig genug und mit Schrank, Schreibtisch, "Teetisch" für 2 Personen, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher (und Tee und Instant-Kaffe zur freien Verfügung) Fön und TV auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück war ein wenig kühl. Für das Full Irish Breakfast (!) wurde man aus einer Warmtheke bedient - Selbstbedienung wäre hier etwas angenehmer gewesen. Das Frühstückspersonal dort war leider sehr unterschiedlich gelaunt. Alles in allem waren wir aber auch mit Menge und Auswahl des Frühstücks zufrieden. Bleibt noch die sehr gute Lage zu erwähnen: Busbahnhof, Pubs, Einkaufsmögilchkeiten ganz in der Nähe und auch die touristisch interessanten Viertel wie z.B. die O'Conell Street oder Temple Bar waren in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

	The cost of our stay at Ripley Court was excellent value for money. The rooms are basic but quite spacious and very clean with clean towels every day. I would definitely stay here again.

	Nice central location, good rates, the room didn't have central heating, but the electric one did its job. The train passes regularly outside the hotel but noise and vibration were tolerable.

	Very friendly atmosphere. Nice room size, comfortable bed, shower facilities were better than at home and location is just off O'Connell Street about a 5 min walk if your slow like me. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

	Very good value for money - a bit unsure on approaching the hotel as we arrived late at night and it is tucked away but very convenient for the bus station. A professional welcome and large, clean room. Very little noise despite its central location. Not many facilities and did not eat there but would recommend for a short stay.

	The hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good and it stayed open till 10. The only downside was that it is slightly out of the centre of Dublin, about a 5 - 10 minute walk from O'connel street.

	This was my second stay the first being in 2000. The hotel is very clean comfortable and the staff are excellent. The breakfast was A1. The rooms are very comfortable with every amenity you need.

	The welcoming was nice and pleasant,the hotel was lovely and the room was just fine.It's a nice price for the location even though Talbot street wouldn't be the nicest area of Dublin city centre.I recommand the place to anybody who wishes to stay in the city centre without spending a fortune!

	I was extremely pleased with the ripley court hotel. The staff were v helpful, the location is great, central yet in a quiet area and the bus station is a 2 minute walk away. Room was clean and comfortable.It was a good price at approx £100 for 2 people for 2 nights including breakfast. I would stay here again

Spot on (as we say in Sunderland). Can't think of one negative thing to say. The hotel was clean, smart & tidy. The staff were all helpful and cheerful, and I particularly found the luggage room facitlity to be most helpful due to the timing of my flights to and from Dublin, it allowed me to explore Dublin without dragging bags around. This may seem like a simple service but not all hotels I've stayed in offer this and at the Ripley Court I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag, rather than me having to enquire. These little touches help. Well done.

	Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the cleaners walked into our room at 8.30am while we were still asleep, showing a lack of communication between them and reception with check-outs. Hotel room is very basic and bathroom needs an overhaul. On the plus side we got served a lovely breakfast the next morning.

	Nice hotel and reasonably appointed if you know your way round Dublin. Not exactly an "authentic Irish atmosphere" though as there are not many locals employed in the hotel. A bit disappointing in that aspect.

After reading other reviews on this hotel, i did wonder whether i had made the right choice of hotel for my stay. but once i had got past the front doors , i was surprized to find the quality of hotel in such a part of Dublin. I would good back to this hotel , good location for shopping and general sight seeing around Dublin. Wouldnt recomend this hotel for lone females late at night. Even with a group of lads of 6 we still felt that we had to stick together late at night when walking back home or just get a taxi to the door.

	Fantastic location for using public transit! We walked everywhere in downtown Dublin from the hotel. The rooms were clean, pleasantly decorated and surprisingly roomy. The breakfast was good. We booked another night at the hotel at the end of our trip becuase of our experience there.

At first glance from the outside of the hotel I thought oh no, what a dump. But once inside I was very surprised. The hotel is well presented clean and the rooms are clean and a good size. I would stay there again if I re-visit Dublin. Also the price was great. One last comment. The staff giving out the breakfast were a lacking in the personality stakes and reluctant to give portions other than the norm, pulling faces it you wanted 2 sausage for example. But overall it?s well worth staying there

	Staff generally courteous and friendly. It ootk three attempts to check in. The first room key and number I was given first the key didn't work, and then it turned out to be someone else's room (I knew it was someone else's because it had their luggage in.) 	The hotel does not look promising from the outside - but the visitor should not be put off. In the public areas downstairs there's acres of space and dark-wood panelling and it really feels like Ireland ! Our bedroom was at the back of the hotel and quiet and spacious. 	Don'tbe put off by the outward appearance of the hotel. Inside is spotlessly clean, warm, staff helpful, breakfast great. 	We had a room at the front of the hotel and every few minutes a train ran very noisily across an iron railway bridge directly outside our hotel room. This continued late into the night and started again in the early hours of the morning. Friends with rooms at the back of the hotel were not disturbed but my sister and I got very little sleep.

I was very pleased with my decision to stay at the Ripley Court Hotel. I took an airport bus to the central station and it was a true and easy 2 minute walk from the station. It's location was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby to satisfy any traveler's demands. 	Good location for central attractions, very nice interior although the exterior certainly leaves a lot to desire on arrival!!! The breakfast was adequate and very generous. (This review has been edited)

	Lovely hotel, lovely large room with good facilities, excellent, friendly and helful staff. Breakfast was excellent and very adequate car parking facility which was also free. Overall I would higly recommend this hotel for all the above reasons and also because it is so conveniently situated.

	Very central, just a few minutes walk to O'Connell street.The main train line was just outside the window (avoid room 202 if you are a light sleeper) but I didn't have any problem with noise. Hardly noticed it. Breakfast was ok, good way to start the day. No problem with leaving my bag there for a few hours either.

I would definitely not stay here again! The bed was very hard; there was building work outside our bedroom window with loud drills fom early in the morning; we were woken up in the middle of the night by two men fighting in the corridor outside our door; the bathroom was outdated and tired-looking, with areas of enamel scraped off the bottom of the bath and no extractor fan; and when we went down to breakfast ten miutes before the advertised time limit of 10am, there was no tea left (half a cup of dregs from a large urn). Redeeming factors: A very pleasant and efficient receptionist and very good quality, thick blackout curtains in the bedroom.

	The hotel was very nice and the hotel staff were very helpful too. Very easy access to the train and bus station. Only a few minutes walk from the shops and bars. Will book again.

	Made sure we had rooms at back of hotel away from noise of trains. Very clean and spacious. Limited breakfast choice but helpful staff. Very quiet bar - expensive drinks not nuts/crisps. Good base to explore Dublin and close to stations to take DART further out. (This review has been edited)

The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful - a wonderful public face for Ripley Court Hotel. She did all that she could + more to ensure that we were happy with our stay in Dublin. The room was clean and attractive and the beds comfortably firm. Cooked or Continental breakfast was included in the tariff, which was value for money. I suggest that the hotel makes yoghurt available for breakfast.

	The hotel was much nicer than its exterior suggested. The bedroom was of a decent size and comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare, with nothing spectacular about it. Finally, the bar downstairs had friendly staff, but no other atmosphere to speak of.

	The standards of accommodation, food and service were very high. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looked a bit run down but was actually very safe and convenient for the city centre.
