	Very comfortable, friendly staff, Large old Mansion, bit out of the way, quiet and secluded. 20 mins walk to Train station (Dart)

	the hotel and staff were very nice. The foods was also of a high standard and the ground were beautiful. It was also very close to train and bus routes so although it was stightly out of the centre access to Dublin centre and other areas was easy.

	Fantastic hotel stayed before however not on ground floor there waS A WEDDING PARTY AND CHILDREN WERE RUNNING UP N DOWN CORRIDOORS AT NIGHT DESPITE PHONING AND COMPLAINING NOISE CONTINUED UNTIL WELL AFTER ELEVEN, I AGAIN COMPLAINED ON DEPARTURE WAS TOLD NEXT TIME WE GIVE YOU A HIGHER FLOOR!
