The room was very nice with all the amenties one would expect with the hotel rating, the food and drink in the hotel bar was well priced and the food was delicious. The service from members of staff was polite, friendly and added to the pleasure of the stay. I would recommend this hotel and go again.

Great hotel and nice room. Very convenient to the airport. The only thing that I did not like was where you eat in O'Dea's bar. This was cold and dark. However the food was excellent and plenty of it.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel, bedroom very nice and comfortable bed - food good in bar and the idea of having tea facilities in room is great - especially when you have a very early flight and also the tea/coffee provided to take away at reception

We spent one night in your hotel on stopover prior to onward flight and were highly delighted. The staff were fisrt class, efficient and friendly and nothing was a bother to them. We were very pleased with our room which was superior to many airport hotel rooms and we would highly recommend your hotel to all our friends.

I found the greatsouthern hotel a very nice place to stay and the staff very friendly and understanding. i would recommend the greatsouthern to anyone and i do hjope to stay there again very soon.

As the airport was closed they were overwhelmed by unexpected guests. However, this does not explain the absence of hot water for a shower in the morning.

The hotel was fine and you got us a reasonabel deal on the room. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was too expensive but they had good food and drink in their pub and it was more afforadable.

Large rooms with good facilities. No onsite sports or fitness facilities, no shop. Room service food good, Bar OK, but perfectly adequate as business/short stay hotel
