Tastefully furnished accommodation with all creature comforts - I'd love to own a pad like that myself! Toasty warm, very comfy beds, great kitchen facilities, lovely balcony, secure underground parking and only minutes from the Luas |

Excellent..The best apartment we have stayed in in Dublin..the only small 'problem' was finding the place as nobody knew where it was (actually visible from the Luas station). We went round for 5 mins trying to find it. The instructions should sy take the road directly opposite the Las stop and do not go further south towards Sandyford as this is the wrong road. |

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was tidy but could have been a bit cleaner. The floor needed fixing as it was raised in places, causing us to trip up at times. Bathroom fan was not working and one of the bedroom doors was pre-locked so we couldn't close it properly. It was in a great location near the tram stop. |

The only unfortunate things about these apartments is that they are located in a business complex where there is some serious building going on and, secondly, the doors are all sprung in such a way that they slam closed in your face if you are too slow to go through. Otherwise, they are well appointed, modern in their facilities and conveniently placed close to the Luas stop making Dublin travel a pleasure. |

I've had three stays at Premier Apartments in Sandyford, for a total of 7 weeks. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortable, and have all the facilities needed. Everything works, apart from in one apartment where the broadband connection failed. Housekeeping is good, and I was surprised they provided bathroom toiletries, washing up liquid, clean kitchemnn abd bathroom towels etc.
Noise can be a problem if the apartment is at the front of the building, as there is a lot of building work going on in the area. The car parking spaces are ridiculously tight. |

Perfectly situated for the LUAS. Superb location but will be better when all building works in the locality are completed |

The apartment was amazing, very well furnished and extremely comfortable. They are opening two or three more phases in the near future and I am sure theu will local hotels a good run for thir money. For anyone staying in South County Dublin for a few days I can't think of anywhere better to stay. |
