An adeal budget guesthouse with great irish breakfast. About a mile from the town centre. Pubs just around the corner and a take out across the road. Close to the entrance to phoenix park, and on a frequent bus route to town. Also close to the Irish museum, the guiness storehouse and one of the modern art gallerys. i look forward to returning for next years weekend break.

yes we hjave stayed phoenix park guesthouse for many years when we went to dublin it is soo handy to get into the city u can go by the luas or no ten bus up the road and train station is juist down the road.

Our stay at the Phoenix Park Guesthouse was very nice. It was clean and any assistance we needed was taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with the size of the room. It was well heated and the beds comfy. We stayed two nights and were not disturbed by noise at all. The bathroom was plenty big enough and the shower hot. Breakfast was fine although the cooked element was smaller then that of english B&Bs. It is a very professionally run outfit and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff was really sweet and it was nice having breakfast ready for me every morning. Our room was quiet and clean and an easy walk to the city center.

Basic hotel, selected because of price. Everything OK, because we were there only to sleep some hours per night. All other time traveling and walking around the county.

I thought that the guest house was very good value for money. The house was clean, the service good and the breakfast good as well. The only minus point I can think of was that the T. V. reception was not too good although I have seen worse.
