comments This was our 3rd time staying at the Pembroke and we love it. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The parking out the back is great and so handy. The whole townhouse has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Fantastic location being so close to the city but still quiet at night so you can easily sleep. I would highly recommend the Pembroke Townhouse to anyone.

comments The townhouse was immaculate and everything was of a high standard the rooms had massive beds that were very comfortable and they also had CD players and a tv. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food was of a very high standard and i would recommend it to anyone who would like a trip to Dublin but don't want to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, But the city centre is only 10 minute DART ride away with Landsdowne Rd DART station situated within 5 minutes of the guesthouse. I shall be stayin at the townhouse anytime i am in Dublin

comments I stayed at the Pembroke Townhouse from June 26-27, 2007. The location is very nice. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The more lively and touristy parts of town are a reasonable walk or a short DART ride away. The hotel staff was helpful, though don't expect high-priced hotel-style service. They have a small selection of soup, sandwiches and salads available for dinner. The sandwich I had was outstanding! The room was clean and bright. My bathroom was large by European standards. Bed was comfortable. The wireless worked well. The only criticism I have from a business traveler's perspective is that the working space was not quite large enough. If you want to enjoy Dublin and have a quiet and clean place to sleep at night, you will be happy with Pembroke Townhouse.

comments The hotel is lovely, the hotel staff is both friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is splendid! I recommend the French Toast or the delightful Irish breakfast. However, the hotel is a good 20 minute walk away from the central areas where tourists will spend most of their time. Having said that, the hotel is excellent value for the money.

comments All the staff were helpfull and welcoming, and our room was very cosy and extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent and if you can't manage a full breakfast i can recommend the omlettes. If you want accommodation that is out of the hussle of the city then this is the place to be, it takes around 15 minutes to stroll into the city but there are little scenes going on as you walk so you can stop for a drink, coffee or something to eat on your way if you wish to. All the people in the service sector we came into contact with were excellent and the British could learn a lot!! If you get the Air Bus (located at stand 5 at the airport, 12 Euros return, you can buy them on the plane if flying with Ryanair not sure about other airlines) make sure you get off outside Jurys Hotel and Pembroke Road is over the road, Pembroke Townhouse is on the right. The quickest route into the city is to turn right out of the hotel and follow the road into the city centre (same road all the way in). Must Do's are Guinness, St Stephens Park, Molley Malone statue, Phoinex Park, O'Connell Street, Wicklow Mountains (day trip book at the Tourist Information Centre) and anything else you can fit in as there is so much to see and do. We found the best Burgers at Porterhouse, but where ever we went for a meal it was really good and reasonably priced despite what people had told us. What a fantastic place for a weekend it was brilliant, we will be going back!!!!!!!!
