comments Customer service at the front desk was excellent both on arrival, and when querying the room rate booked online. Can only commend the professionalism of the staff who dealt with our queries. If I had any disappointment with the stay, it was with the hot breakfast, which was luke warm. All in all a great location, pleasant stay and somewhere I would recommend others to stay.

comments Generally The Morgan is fantastic. If booking again I would request a room in the newer section. There is an amazing club/bar at The Morgan however my wonderful room was right above this and I had to request a room change because the bed was bouncing off the floor from the fabulous music coming from the club.

comments Our stay in the Morgan was fine. The rooms were clean athough maybe in need of a little refurbishing. It had all that you needed however and was central to where we wanted to be. Being situated in the middle of Temple Bar, it was a bit noisy at night though. It was however a pleasent stay and I would recommend it.

comments The room was beautiful and much bigger than expected. I was worried that it would be noisy given that it is in the heart of Temple Bar but we had a room at the back which was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, though rushed off their feet at all times. This is the best location in Dublin.

comments The only bad comment was the breakfast arrangements, we opted for the cooked irish, only to find it quite cold when we went to collect it from the "thing they keep it warm in" sorry i don't know the name. We were quite dissappointed as it was quite expensive, we only had breakfast once as it put us off somewhat.

comments Been to Dublin before and stayed at a hotel within walking distance and it was 40 min walk away.Morgan fantastic location for everything. Lovely room on 4th floor and very quiet (unless you open the window) Super tapas bar and music at night in lounge, lovely clean, light and airey room. Trendy and stylish altogether . Right on Temple bar and pub opposite with great live Irish music. Not a cheap hotel but similar price to many in Dublin and well worth it. My job involves staying in a lot of hotels and I would recommend this.

comments Bathrooms were very damp as no expelair fan. Hotel had upmarket front of house but bedrooms very tired and you even had to pay for the little packet of bicuits which are free in any other hotel. We only had one shampoo etcbetween us for 2 nights! I woul dclae the rooms as 2/3 Star max. Would not stay again or recomend. The hotel seemed more converned about the bar area.

comments My expectations of The Morgan were less than what I experienced. It is a beautiful Hotel, and will visit again. My reason for giving a "3" is due to the communication problem we had with foreign staff - culminating in at least two occasions where the staff entered our room without prompting. A pleasing stay, a lovely hotel in a brilliant area, marred by the inability to communicate along with unwelcome intrusions.

comments Rooms were veyr small, Bathroom unclean and poorly finished. TV channels did not have strong enough signals to view properly. Window lock was broken making it unsafe for children, bedside lamp was broken. Cost of hotel was twice that of similar local hotels and also had additional charge for car parking. Residents bar not open. Would be reluctant to ask my clients to stay at this hotel. Consumables in cupboard were over priced and out of date!

comments We were upgraded to king rooms but mean we were on different floors - not a very big deal. Rooms big and modern although a little bit tatty around the edges - but also not a big deal. Hotel is very cool and hip, great lively bar with DJ at weekends and lots of beautiful people. However it is small and gets crowded. Also noisy so this is not the hotel for early birds and people who don't want to be in the middle of the action. Hotel is located right on Temple Bar - so so central, walking distance to everywhere but also means its noisy - especially if you are at the front of the hotel. Overall I thought it was excellent, especially as I found it for 99euros per night which is absolutely stonking value in my opinion.

comments Decor and comfort of the hotel were very good. Bathroom was in need of sprucing up. We were at the back of the hotel so avoided the noise of the main street. However we were woken both nights by late night guests who couldn't open their rooms - but guess that's just Dublin for you. Staff very pleasant and bar area comfortable and relaxing. Proximity to main area excellent

comments Stayed at the Morgan Hotel Friday and Saturday evening, good hotel, clean ,staff effecient and professional. Hotel slightly over-rated. A little bit of TLC required now. If you book to stay there ask for a room to the back of the hotel unless you are quite happy to be getting to sleep at 4am in the morning due to the party animals in the street.........or if your one of them you will enjoy this central, lively location!

comments My recent Dublin vacation and stay in the Morgan Hotel met all my expectations. First of all, the location was superb. The room was appropriate for the rate charged -- higher end but not ultra deluxe. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint, and a minor one, is the reception area and check in/out process were not designed for efficiency. The area is too small. In the designer's and mangement's desire to impress a chic ambience, efficiency was lost.

comments My wife and I spent New Year in one of the Morgan's private apartments. We have stayed in Dubin many times before, but this hotel beat the lot! Our only gripe, there was no option to select a famous Irish breakfast from the room service card. Oh well, location is everything - the best restaurants were only yards away! Will be back - and I'm sure the room rates will be a bit cheaper than they were at New Year!
