comments Overall the hotel was good value for what we paid. The location was convenient for us as it was a short walk to O'Connell Street and about 15mins to the Temple Bar area. The only negative comments I could make was the fact we were staying for 2 days and had to ask at reception for clean towels and extra toilet paper. We ate breakfast in our room (which was fairly good, no toast available though without asking for it) and the dirty dishes were not cleared away during our stay even though our bed etc. was made up. Dinner was just OK but was part of the deal. It I had to pay for it seperately, would probably eat elsewhere. Would stay there again as is was easy access to the North and made getting out of Dublin again very convenient.

comments The hotel is very centrally located and easy to get to (even at midnight from the airport). Very modern hotel which was clean and tidy. The rooms were mopdern, clean, tidy, and quiet - all I needed for a great sleep!

comments within 5 mins of being in our room drilling started,we could not here our selves talking,after a few hours we were given another room,this was bigger,and no noise at all.the food in the hotel was very good,staff were friendly

comments courteous efficient staff, rooms well laid out. Easy wallking distance to 0'connell Street. Did not use any other facilities.

comments The Hotel is nice because is brand new but the room was too smal, we could hardly move when my husband was sitting in the desk. There is no space between the desk and the bed, I had to jump over the bed every time. I asked at the front desk to change rooms and I was told all the rooms look the same...

comments I was very pleased with the rooms & the service especially as it was a new hotel. Only one problem was other people coming & leaving their rooms. The doors are very heavy & very loud when they shut quickly, please look at getting a delayed shutting mechanism on them.

comments We were very disappointed at the standard of food offered, particularly the breakfast. An evening meal taken there was also not enjoyed. I did complain to the hotel at the time.

comments El hotel está recién estrenado y eso siempre es de agradecer en cuanto a instalaciones y mobiliario. Por contra, el personal es igualmente bastante nuevo, aunque sin duda MUY AMABLE Y SONRIENTE. Pero desconocían cuestiones turísticas como la existencia del Dublin Pass, y como llegar a la calle Suffolk donde está la oficina de turismo central ...!!??. No había disponible un acceso a internet para los clientes del hotel, aunque sí existía una conexión en cada habitación para ordenador portátil. El servicio de limpieza y mantenimiento no fue muy diligente.
