Very good hotel experience. Room was great, food good and the bar rocked !! Against an Asian hotel service standard I have rated the stay as a 4 - against a European hotel standard it would be a 5. My only criticisms would be poor English comprehension by the breakfast waiting staff. They never got the order right, both mornings, even after repeating it three times. They either just didn't listen or understand.

car parking quoted by hotel as 6-8euro/night. on collecting car found parking fees of 60+euro. price/night did not include daytime. hotel did offer discounted rate for repeat stay which i have taken up. hotel made aware so this should not arise for other guests but check if using car parking.

Beautiful hotel, great location for shopping on Grafton Street. Tiger Becs restaurant is highly recommended. Fab shower, very powerful! Very reasonable rates on line.

The hotel was amazing and loved staying there, however would benefit from having a cafitiere/ tea pot beverage making facilities in the room. Please up date me on future deals, as I would recommend this hotel to everyone - amazing.

Apart from a slight airco problem, the hotel completely met the expectations: good reception, friendly service, terrific interior design, very comfortable and truly uniquely designed rooms, very good restaurants and bar.

Service was excellent. The room was very nice, quiet as had been requested. The location of the hotel is also very good. One downside, we tried to order room service one night around 11:15pm and we were told the kitchen had closed. Room service is supposed to be available until midnight.
