comments Lovely staff, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast! No elevator, which is a possible problem for elderly people with arthritis, and room was smaller than expected, but well kept.

comments We particularly want to thank Laura for her help. As we were on the third froor and our bags were pretty heavy, she carried them up (and down) for us. And she was very helpful about what to see and do in Dublin. Thanks.

comments staff very friendly, breakfast good. room had great character - antique furniture - BUT room was across road from main hotel - should have been told this in advance. no t.v. at first and when provided no reception on t.v - so couldn't get weather forecast/news. no hairdryer in room - important in wet weather.

comments Excellent guest house, really good sized, well eqiped period room. A 20 minute walk to the centre of grafton streeet / temple bar area. quite location, freidnly and helpfull staff. good breakfasts.
