Our expectations were far exceeded! The hotel staff were lovey and very helpful, the room was superb and the breakfast was excellent!

really nice hotel in lovely grounds right next to the park, and the price of the rooms were great, perfect, would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. No complaints at all and I would definitely stay there again.

I expected nothing less (I rarely rate services higher than four), in booking a room at the Holiday Inn and appreciated the convenience of its location with regards to the airport, for early departures. Mostly, I really appreciated the special rate at the time. I expected and received professionalism on the part of Holiday Inn personnel.

we got a smoking room in this hotel and after complaining about it, we were told that there is no non-smoking room available.

We were a bit disappointed that the bar only opened at 7pm, however guests have to the Crowne Plaza bar which was only next door. Our only gripe was that our non-smoking room had clearly been a smoking room before and this set off my asthma - as we were already settled in we didn't complian as that would involve a room change, so I guess I can't really complain now.
