The hotel was as pristine as my last visit and as enjoyable.Though a brief stay,the staff were efficient and well presented.Breakfast was excellent and still fully stocked even though it was nearly the end of service when I came down.All in all a very pleasant experience.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotel was excellent. Very clean comfortable, stylish rooms and very helpful staff. It is in a lovely location beside the Park and bars and cafe's. Wonderful breakfast. Overall first class and very good value.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotel was lovely, the staff friendly and the food excellent. My only area of disappointment was the bar. I thought is was a bit too "cool" for a hotel bar and would have liked it to be more comfortable.	report this review as inappropriate

My only negative comment, the restuarant was expensive for the amount and quality of food received. Also, don't be fooled when asked if you would like still or sparkling water with your meal as soon as you sit at the table, I thought it was complementary, but was charged E 5.70 for the bottle. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The standard of the rooms was excellent and the room service very good. My only suggestion for change is that the business centre could use a scanner for e-mailing copies of documents.	report this review as inappropriate

The receptiion staff could do with a lttle polish and the duty manager, needs to take some sweet pills. We had a problem with the phone in one of our rooms that was not resolved all week, and then with a safe that would not unlock, that was resolved.	report this review as inappropriate

Hotel was as expected, nothing more, nothing less. However the staff on the whole were efficent but not over friendly, with the exception of one of the dinner waiters who was very pleasant and genuinely looked as if he were enjoying his job.	report this review as inappropriate

I stayed on the night of Mon July 3rd with 3 friends. Both of our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent. The only snag was that the restaurant was closed that evening (no reason given), but in the event, we dined elsewhere in Ballsbridge that evening, and enjoyed the short walk to and from our hotel. The Herbert Park is a fine example of the 21st Century style of glass, wood, polished metals. I stayed one night in October 2000, when newly open, and it is holding its style and appearance very well.	report this review as inappropriate
