Had stayed there before, and my expectations were fulfilled. The rooms are renovated, and quality is better than you expect from the entrance, unlike some hotels where the reverse is the case.	report this review as inappropriate

I wasn't pleased. The night before I met a friend for dinner and drinks at the Gresham. We lost track of time and I missed the bus. I was a few euro short for cab fare at 2am and the desk clerk refused to exchange currency even though I would be checking in 8 -10 hours on August 6. Then as soon as I get into the room, I took a bath and while drying my hair, the fire alarm went off. And my room was facing OConnell street so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The downstairs is very nice but disappointed with the room quality. Your concierges were wonderful and very friendly.	report this review as inappropriate

Our Sunday night stay at the Gresham was a wonderful experience. Having traveled from Eire to the Baltic from California, our stay at the Gresham was a special treat. The staff were courteous and efficient and the accomadation luxuriating.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotel has a great location, but expensive and not as good as expected for the price. Example; no bathrobe, same small bottle of shampoo for 3 days and bed rather small (double bed are queen size).	report this review as inappropriate

Had been to the gresham before a few years back when it was getting a bit tatty, some work has obviously been done since then and the hotel restored to its famous grandeur. Though the surrounding area could do with some similiar TLC. The hotel lacked a bit on the service side when compared to the likes of the Morrisson hotel - the consierge could not help with restaurants and no porter service was offered which we found a bit surprising given the hotel's star ranking, so you're on your own there. Waiting staff were very friendly. It can be a bit noisey at night time as the doors have quite loose hinges. Was good for a couple of nights to get our bearings.	report this review as inappropriate

The Gresham is very central to everything and that is why we chose it but to start we were given a very non 4 star room. It got worse when we were woken at 6 in the morning by the trollies as the cleaning station was next to our bedroom. However after a very uncomfortable nights sleep we complained and were changed to a perfect room with great views over O'Connell street. Overall it is a great place to stay if you get the right room! However, beware any extras (e.g champagne) will cost you triple its usual price!!	report this review as inappropriate

The location of the Gresham Hotel is fantastic, right outside the main bus stops and close to all the main attractions. The entrance is spectacular and the rooms are spacious. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast and other facilities were good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I went back to Dublin.	report this review as inappropriate

I enjoyed my stay very much. The only fault I could find was that insufficient coffee and milk were replenished in the room for 2 people. We indicated this on the hotel comments book to offer them the opportunity to improve this service	report this review as inappropriate
