Hi. My sister and I has a pleasant stay at your hotel, but found the lobby area very cold and extremely expensive to drink there. In you restaurant the waiters and waitresses, while friendly, their uniforms were not crisp and clean,. The manager blowing his nose in front of guests withour any attempt to wash afterwards. I am very aware of hygene in establishments that serve food (having worked in this area for several years)and I regret to say your hotel falls short. We had a spa crystal bath bood as part of our package but on arribal there was no record of the booking and the crystal bath was not operating but I must compliament the staff in the spa for their effort to sort the situation out and we recieved a back massage instead.Our room was comforable and clean. I would probably stay there again but might not eat in the restaurant. |

Reception was efficient and friendly, standard room was huge with king-size bed, bath and shower. Only stayed one night but would use this hotel again. |

The Green Isle was good. The room was a bit small for the four of us but we managed. The location to me wasnt the best because of the traffic situation. There was a taxi from the hotel to the Luas stop in the mornings (there was a charge of E8 for 4 people) but if one arrived back at peak time in the evening you would have a long wait for a taxi due to the traffic. Without the children one could walk (which we did, with two children). So after that we took the car wherever we wanted to go. |

I had 2 children with me and there was no hot food available(dinners) until after 6pm.Not suitable with young children.Very dissapointed in this. |

very nice hotel although I was suprised at having to pay for the swimming pool, swimming caps, and coach to luas line (courtesy coaches are normally provided for hotel guests). |

I was surprised that there was a charge to use the swimming pool. Overall I was very impressed with the renovations, as I had stayed in this hotel many years ago and it looks so much better now. |

Hotel was fine but we were given only one room with two doubles and a single bed Parents and teenage children would have preferred separate rooms as per booking. |
