Dear Andrea Rodrigues Santos, With regards the showers, there are two dials on the bathtub faucet one for pressure and one for temperature. Staff will gladly assist you should you not be able to get the hot water you wish. One side of the faucet is for water pressure indicated by three different size circles and water temperature is on the other side indicated by a dial going from 20 degrees to 50 degrees. All windows in the hotel have restrictors for saftey purposes so prevent the windows opening too wide and there is a button on the window latch that you press to move the lever up/down - this is very common in Ireland with modren window fittings perhaps not so in the rest of the world? Dear Ruth Simpson, In response to your review of the George Frederic Handel Hotel, the hotel has had no hot water issues while you were staying with us, so the only conclusion I can come to is that the bathtub faucets confused you somewhat. There is one side of the faucet that deals with water pressure with three levels of water pressure indicated by increasing size cirles. On the other side of the faucet is the side that deals with water temperature going from 20 degrees to 50 degrees to suit your needs. I would be interested to know if you had any issues with water temperature in the hand basin, or had you made any complaint to any member of staff at the front desk? With regards the bar opposite and it's glass containers, these belong to a neighboring hotel, and while we have no direct control over their activities we ask that they consider our guests too when they work in this area.
