the hotel reservation and accommodation is perfectly great but I observe that there is no available shuttle service from the hotel to the city center and vise-versa which limits our mobility and affects as well our maximum pleasure of seeing and moving around dublin. |

I just want to say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I'd had. The hotel is much improved since my last stay and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was gorgeous and if I could have brought the bed home I would now be in heaven. Food was very good and we both are determined to visit this hotel again. |

our 22nd wedding aniversary as it was our first stop on our honeymoon in 1985 and what a brilliant time we had as all the staff we encounterd were
very helpfull to us, looking forward to our next stay thank you. |

Nice place. It was quite warm in Ireland when we stayed and the staff offered fans to help assuage the stuffiness of the rooms. There are no thermostats in most of the rooms, and this offer was most appreciated. The restaurant was very nice as well. |

Very enjoyable stay and staff friendly and helpful. Service was slow in the dining room and a few mistakes made with the order. However Food was good and we hope to visit the Hotel in the next few months |
