Egans guesthouse was the best that could have happened to usregarding our accomodation in Dublin! Charming and polite staff, well informed about tourism in Dublin, they helped us as if we were at home, or even better... Breakfast delicious, decoration just marvellous, very vvery clean, cosy, warm... the facilities just unbelievable, free tea and coffee in the living room, all kind of brochures about Dublin, internet... A quite calm place, perfect for young and old... 30min walking to the city centre, buses passing every 5minutes... Charming, delightful, simply the best! We enjoyed our stay, both nights very much. We were well served at the receptiondesk and the breakfast was very good and there was plenty to choose from. The rooms were nice but it was cold our last night, 17-18 of Oct.	report this review as inappropriate

Fantastic accommodation. Was concerned it may be difficult to reach and away from the core, but buses were accessible and it was nice to get away from the chaos of downtown.	report this review as inappropriate

Friendly and helpful staff. I also got good and complete answers on my emails with questions I sent prior to my stay. The traditional irish breakfast was also great! A cosy place I recommend to anyonone visíting dublin. It's a bit outside the city centre, but if that's not a problem to you, you should try it.	report this review as inappropriate

Price was v.good value for capital city accom. General decor could be brightened up. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was v.good. Very convenient for Dublin by 15mins bus ride. Overall good value. Would use again.	report this review as inappropriate

Considering this Guesthouse was a little further out from dowtown Dublin, it was a little over priced. Having said that, the facilities were nice, and the people were extremely helpful. The buffet-style breakfast had a lot of variety.	report this review as inappropriate
