comments Basic but does the job. Seemed a little pricy compared to hostels and hotels in Ireland that were better equipped. Very friendly helpful staff though.

comments It was fine. There were good directions to get there from the airport. My only problem was when \i went to leave the 'house 1'in the morning, I could not get out! Apparently there was a button on the wall, but after \i tried one which was a light, and they all looked the same i guess one of them must have been for the door. There needs to be a sign as to how to get out of the building. I tried to get out for 15 minutes before being rescued. I don't care if you use my name or not.

comments I enjoyed the set up of the apartments, especially being able to use the kitchen. A bit difficult to get from the kitchen back to the room when the door closes with a fast door closer, but I accept that was part of the good security.I would recommend people to stay there.

comments Good stay, good welcoming at the reception of the DCU accomodation. The room is the kind of room you may expect from a quite cheap student residence, the bed was a bit old and not so comfortable, but everything was okay. Clean room, clean sheets and towels... Overall impression : a good solution if you are on a budget.

comments At arrival only 1 twin bed room was reserved, but 2 twin bed rooms were ordered and confirmed. The fault was quickly corrected but with rooms in different buildings. The 2. fault happened with the breakfast: the lady at reception has forgotten to give us vouchers for breakfast and we have had to pay. Later we have gotten the money back to repair this fault. The accomodation (rooms, breakfast, feeling) was very good, but the two faults result the 3 points.

comments I'm completely satisfied with my stay at DCU. Everybody has been very professional:administration; registration at the reception, very helpfull indeed;breakfast; etc..However, at night, boys and girls around the campus didn't help with the rest as they stay up late, making a lot of noises and nobody from the campus keep them quiet or tell them there were people around them trying to sleep and rest.

comments Perfectly adaquate and good value for money. The walk from the bus stop is very long at the end of a days sightseeing with no shelter if it rains. Our only complaint was that our room was by the main route for all the foreign students and the noise was very bad especially when a large group of about 200 left between 2am and 3am. Breakfast was great and the staff really helpfull and friendly.

The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was a bit hectic as there were lots of school trips staying.Overall we had a great stay.

comments Cheap accomodation at DCU so it was just as i expected really. It is not a top class hotel but at the price i couldn't complain. Clean towels everyday sheets changed on my third day. Only a bus ride from the centre of Dublin which is about 20 - 30 minutes depending on traffic. Buses every 10 minutes outside Ballymun Rd entrance. If you get a taxi from airport make sure you tell the driver Ballymun Rd entrance for accomodation reception.

comments The accommodation was clean and simple with the basics provided, including towel and soap. swimming very expensive, though - okay if you want to use the gym etc, but otherwise 10 Euro is too much! and disappointing cold shower as it wasn't working properly. probably bad luck. otherwise economic and fine. easy to get buses in and out of dublin and to the airport.

comments Very nice place, you can enjoy the atmosphere of an University Campus even if you just have to stay there for a few days. So clean, kind staff, full of services... and very cheap! It's about 20 minutes far from the city centre and easy to reach from the airport, maybe one of the best solutions for staying in Dublin.

comments The standard of building work is higher than in an English University Campus. Distances of 300 metres to breakfast and of a 20 euro taxi ride either to town or to the airport must be taken into consideration. Friendly service. Buses are fine. Info on the two opposite approaches to the university would be helpful. On one side you have to walk 600 metres and on the other over a kilometre to catch buses. The main drawback is the distance from the town. Dealing with swipe cards is OK. There can be queues for breakfast where the service is not so sunny as at reception.

comments As a single traveller I was extremely satisfied to find a single room for a truly single very low price. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and quiet. It's about 20 minutes from the city centre by bus (last buses go at around 11:30). So if you are in Dublin to enjoy night life, you need to count in the cab fare or watch your watch. But apart from that I would certainly highly recommend it.

comments Accommodation was basic but had everything I needed - en-suite, shared kitchen, well serviced and the staff of DCU went out of their way to be helpful. It's a 20min. bus ride from the city centre but fares are extraordinarily cheap (E1.35 single) and I met so many lovely people.

comments Room quite inaccessible from car park and upstairs. I was in House 4. Unfortunately, it rained non-stop which made this fact more pronounced. It was quite dark, and I was on my own, so I would have preferred something closer to the car park. It was very good value for one person; but not so good for 2/3, or a family.

comments Dublin City University Campus Accommodation was not only very good value but exactly all you need for a stay in a a new place, the room was clean, quiet and had kitchen facilites if you need them. The staff on the front desk were very helpful, I appreciate the hours they man the desk. The internet connection was useful. It was easier to get to town than I imagined.

comments The campus accomodation is basic but fine, very clean and value for money. Facilities on site are very good, can be a bit pricey if you want to use both gym and pool. Breakfast is fab just what you need after a night on the razzle. There is an onsite Spar shop which is well stocked, however this is closed on a weekend which seems a bit pointless. The only problem is the location as its 15 minutes minimum on a bus, the bus services daytimes are excellent and very reasonable.
