comments I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. All the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. The room and en-suite were pristine and very comfortable. The breakfasts were to die for! AND it is so central to the Temple Bar, Grafton St, St Stephens Green area. Everywhere was in walking distance. It was a first class stay -thank you!

comments Well located hotel - short walk from Aircoach (Trinity) stop. Staff very pleasant. Only adverse comment is that rate was around double normal because the weekend had Ireland-Scotland rugby international at Croke Park. I accept the laws of supply and demand but this seemed excessive profiteering.

comments I was very disappointed in the shower, and hot water in general. It too 10 minutes for hot water to come through to the bathroom and there was very little pressure in the shower. Quality of television set up was not so good, I was on a business trip and like to unwind but found it was hard to search for something to watch without going through 50+ channels to find a decent reception/programmes. Receptionists didn't seem to know what they were doing, not forthcoming with quick and easy answers.

Staff very friendly food adequate. One word of warning if your planning a break in Dublin the price of alchohol is BLOODY EXPENSIVE!!!!! you have been warned.

comments everything went quite well. The Hotel was (and hope stil is ) well situated and small enough to get almost personal service. There is one matter needs to be organized better, breakfast. The food was good but there were this "manager", who was quite restless soul, wandering all over the room all the time. It was very annoying.

comments I realised that the hotel was in the city centre and would obviously suffer from outside noise -- Dublin is a party town! I therefore rang ahead and asked for a quiet room. The staff duly obliged and my wife and I were given a room on the top floor at the rear of the hotel and consequently heard nothing of the nightlife which was going on close to the premises. We did hear other guests complaining during breakfast so I would definitely recommend doing as I did. We found the room more than adequate and the staff friendly and helpful and had a very enjoyable stay.

comments Good location, very good service, nice clean rooms, quiet but effective extractor fan in bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast with cooked breakfast available. Good range of hot meals at Bar Bia for lunch/dinner. However, disliked the cold bedrooms, limited heating and single glazed windows. Was woken by the beer barrel deliveries every night, the noise being heard on the 4th floor (and no, I'm not a light sleeper).

comments Drury Court was very central to all the major attractions, restaurants and amenities in Dublin. My street side room was very noisy at night. The room was very stale and stuffy, as the room had no air conditioning or air circulation, I had to keep the window open at all times, making it unbearably noisy at times. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, though check in times seemed static as rooms were not available during our arrival and hotel housekeeping seemed short staffed at times.

comments Overall the hotel offered reasonably good value for money, but the actual room provided was not well maintained in some aspects and suffered from excessive noise. The lift shaft seemed to vibrate considerably when in use and this could readily be heard and sometimes felt in the room (No 502 ). Additionally the bathroom extractor fan was very noisy and didn't seem to actually extract very much air. The bathroom generally could have benefitted from better general maintenance. Breakfasts were generally satisfactory but it was not entirely clear as to whether one could have such options as cereals + cooked breakfast, and several waitresses also seemed unsure about this. Service was quite good but didn't focus enough attention upon customers at times.....meaning customers needing to ask for extra coffee, milk etc.

comments Reception staff were very helpful & explained the car parking arrangements. The car park is directly across the road & the hotel sell you an overnight ticket at a reduced rate. The room was very nice & although it overlooked the road it was not noisy even though one of the window catches was broken. We found the whole hotel to be clean & breakfast was good. It is only a short walk to Temple Bar & loads of restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel on any future visits to Dublin.

comments I was looking for a relatively cheap, clean hotel near O'Connell street and St. Stephens Green and that's exactly what I got. Everything I wanted (parking, restaurants, bars, shops, good museums and public transport) are within quick walking distance. The only drawbacks were that the hotel was not particularly "charming" (which is always a plus) and it is located just next to 2 or 3 popular bars. If you have a room that is lower down on the hotel and close to those places on busy nights, you will hear quite a party until about midnight. I do recommend this hotel for the price proposed and would stay there again.

comments This hotel was OK. The room was a bit drab although the bathroom was fine. The noise from the bar downstairs was quite loud on the weekend. It was difficult to find-the sign is small. The front desk was helpful with the parking for our car. I would probably look for somewhere else at this price range.

comments The location was perfect, but the noise factor was just too much - even with ear plugs you still felt you were in a niteclub. I must say the staff did accommodate us and moved us to a quieter room - ear plugs were still needed though. Fine for convenience but don't expect to get much sleep.

comments The only negative comment I would make would be in relation to the building work which was going on directly behind/adjoining the hotel which started at around 6/6.30 in the morning and went on until around 7 or 8 in the evening. However, I realise that this was beyond the control of the hotel staff and other than that we had a really enjoyable stay. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. Standards across the boasrd were very high and once the building work has been completed, I would certainly recommend it to others.

comments The hotel was nice. We had trouble finding the hotel by car based on the directions given by the hotel and it took us about an hour to find and park, which was unfortunate because we had someone with us with diabetes that needs to eat by certain times. Very difficult place to stay at if driving. It was also extremely noisy at night, from about 11pm-3am. Also, the elevator wasn't working most of the time we were there and with no one to help us with our bags, we had to carry them up the stairs.
