I would not recommend staying in this hotel at the weekend because of the nightclub next door. The music is so loud and goes on well into the early hours!	report this review as inappropriate

Great hotel at a central location. Very friendly staff! Close to many restaurants and shops. Bus stop just 2 minutes away. Big and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.	report this review as inappropriate

Warm welcome and pleasant staff. A problem with fumes meant we had to spend the first night at a nearby hotel, but this was dealt with competently and we were given some reductions and an upgrade to compensate for the upheaval.	report this review as inappropriate

very disappointed that the booking could not be changed as our international flight from Singapore to Dubai was delayed, pushing our final arrival in Dublin forward by 15 hours. we were forced to pay for the entire night's accommodation. staff were inflexiable and said: 'that's not our problem.' the hotel was excellent the staff were very heplful the room was very comfortable and quiet, worth paying for the suite ,direction to find hotel very poor took over an hour, do you know how may spars there our on the rathmines road there are far better land marks to mention and advice about the one way system we enjoyed our stay in ireland very much .	report this review as inappropriate

Hotel was up to standard in terms of service and the comfort of the room. The availability of a secure car park is very useful. However, I had requested on booking that I be assigend a quiet room. The room assigned was facing towards a bar (not clear if it belonged to the hotel) and it was very noisy up to at least 3.30 am. If I was to stay at this hotel again I would insist that I be assigned a room at the other side of the hotel. As I was a late arrival I did not seek a transfer to another room.	report this review as inappropriate

The staff was great and extremely helpful. The room was great, save for the shower, which had very little pressure which I believe was due to a flow restrictor. I would have given that hotel a "10" if it'd had at least decent pressure in the shower. The shower curtain rod had also been mounted too far in on the shower, so while in the shower, it would STICK to you, which was EXTREMELY annoying. The toilet also did not flush well at all. Everything else was amazing. I'd love to stay there again someday after that's all FIXED.	report this review as inappropriate

I was dismayed not to be advised that the hotel had an adjoining late night bar/club and was kept awake most nights due to the music noise from this. It was such a shame, as I was very happy with all the other aspects of the hotel/service and don't understand the owner/management thinking behind this? I did leave my thoughts on this with the hotel manager by letter before I left.	report this review as inappropriate

To be honest I expected a "motel" type place - how wrong I was. Its a lovely modern and luxurious hotel - and with such good value - I got a suite for £90 - what a deal!! The club next door to the hotel is well worth a look to - excellent large club but when you're in the hotel you cant hear a thing. (This review has been edited)	report this review as inappropriate
