The clerk at the desk was extremely helpful in getting a doctor for my daughter, who was sick, and finding where I could get a prescription filled on a Saturday night.	report this review as inappropriate

Very fine, chip, pleasant room, quiet place, a bit far from the city (but there are bus facilities to compensate), not so easy to find the hotel place by road. Good adress.	report this review as inappropriate

I had a really nice stay at the Days Park West Hotel, but as a foreigner, I found it was really difficult to find the place. Also, the dinner time could be a little more flexible, as there is only a very expencive chinese restaurant nearby for late dinner. I thought Days Hotel Park West was a fabulous hotel to stay at when visiting Dublin. However, the location is far from the downtown and to take a taxi it costs about 15-20 euro. The bus takes about 40 min. Also, the location is in an industrial park so it is not exactly aesthetically pleasing.	report this review as inappropriate

the Hotel was beautiful, the rooms are big, clean & looked exactly like the website. It is located in the middle of an industrial estate & public transport is very bad but if you have a car it's perfect. Not noisy considering the location. Excellent value for money! Hotel extremely comfortable, and staff very efficient and friendly. The meals were also faultless. However, missing from the hotel bedroom was a guide to guest services. I queried this when checking out, and was told that, as the hotel had only opened six weeks prior to our stay, the guide was still being reviewed by head office for authorisation . I would have thought, however, it would have been preferable to have had some guide (even if marked 'temporary'). The only faults I found with the room itself were (1) the tea and coffee making facilities were fixed in an area which was totally unlit, and one had to feel one's way in the darkness to make a drink, and, (2) the only heat in the room was supplied by a convector heater on the wall, controlled (I assume as a safety feature) by the room key, ie, when one left the room the power was cut off to the heater. Given that the ambient outside temperature fluctuated around 2° celsius, this was irritating as one tried to build up heat in the room after being out. That said, the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.	report this review as inappropriate

We thought the hotel was very nice, we enjoyed every minute of our stay in the Hotel. Every member of staff was very friendly. We booked in with friends each with a child and they could not do enough for us during our stay. We will definately be staying there again	report this review as inappropriate
