comments very clean, friendly staff, the only problem was the carvey dinner and the bar food was at a low stardard esp at the prices you have to pay. well kept rooms. would not recommand if staying to see a show as you are not garenteed a parking space we had to park two miles away.

comments Golf course fantastic had a great round, one small problem with smoking and non smoking rooms, resolved very quickly. Cannot fault the food in Bistro, breakfast and service excellent.

comments Great Atmosphere! Staff extrmely friendly.. We ate in the Bistro both nights if our stay..food was basic but nice.The restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful!

comments At breakfast time was the only disappointment, there wasnt many staff and the tables wasnt set properly etc but overall its a lovely hotel and surroundings

comments The weekend that I stayed was one of the busiest weekend's for the hotel. The All-Ireland football final weekend. The management & staff deserve the greatest praise for the excellent way they handled the crowd. The room was magnificent, the restaurant & food was awesome. Would recomend this hotel to anybody. One of the best I have been in.

comments excellent hotel staff helpful. first room Iwas given was too dark and claustrophobic but I was upgraded at no futher cost ,the 2nd room was excellent meals in the resturants very good. this was my first trip to dublin and I will certainly stay at the city west hotel again a most enjoyable experience

comments Staff overwhelmed and defensive.Rooms gloomy and very poorly soundproofed.Every sound outside of the room could be heard.Check out entailed long waits.Plus side it is a cheap room.Would not recommend .

comments Although the hotel was very busy having a number of weddings and guests who were up for the various matches at Croke Park as were we the staff coped very well under extreme pressure. We would have no problem staying there again or recommending the hotel to others
