Excellent all round. Staff friendly, breakfast superb. One thing I would change: the toilet paper seems very cheap and is the only thing which let's this excellent hotel down. Otherwise perfect.

Nice clean room. Bed was a bit hard. But everyone at front desk was very helpful and attentive. Would gladly stay there again.

Room clean and comfortable.It however wasn't quite the room with a view (wasteground and pylons) as stated on the leaflet in the room. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was ok but the hot buffet was very low on food.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza. They really made our few days (and my birthday) really special, with their gorgeous food and brilliant customer service. Will recommend to everyone!

Excellant value for money, quality and size of rooms very good and in addition I received an upgrade to an executive suite. There is a very convenient bus stop which runs into the town centre was directly outside the hotel entrance, making travel in and out of Dublin cost effective and easiliy accessable. Courteous staff, would stay here again.

Very nice hotel although a little far from town. Rooms are very modern and bathroom is very good size. Staff was very helpful and courteous. There is a bus stop across the street from the hotel so transportation is not an issue. Nice hotel if you want to be near the airport.

Your hotel is first class. Your staff are always polite and attentive, your rooms are extremely luxurious and comfortable, food was superb. A wonderful stay and looking forward to returning next year.

I attended a wedding at the Park Plaza Tyrrelstown in March 2011 with my husband. The standard of decor and cleanliness in the hotel is excellent. The bride and groom were married on the premises and it was a beautiful and intimate ceremony. The meal served at the wedding was very well presented, very tasty and plentiful. Our bedroom was spacious, clean and facilities were excellent, with a separate shower and bath which is rare. Last breakfast in the hotel is 11am, which is great after a late night. Breakfast, a full Irish, was delivered to our room for a small charge of €5, which was lovely and helped cure a sore head. We had a late check-out, 2pm, free of charge and we were in no rush to leave. I would highly recommend this hotel.

V.happy..signage on tha approach was not as clear as it could been. It was a foggy night and I missed the turn and was heading for hollystown. From the carpark it was hard to make out where the reception area was..just seemed to blend in rather than stand out. Staff were great and room was lovely.

Room was very comfortable with all handy amenities. I stayed on the night where a travellers wedding was taking place but no problems or noise. Staff handled everything very well .Thank You.

Hi we had a great time and the room was really really nice, I already spoke to the food and beverage manager about a incident which I have to pay up the bar bill before I can go to my room. The manager said that he will get back to me after our conversation buri haven't hear snything since but I do hope the information has been pass on for the further customers. Thanks a million

We enjoyed out overnight stay, everything was good except that there was a shortage of Tea/Coffee etc in the room. Not a major problem but if you are an addict it's a small one!

was very disapointed when i arrived to find out the package i booked which included a meal and breakfast for 59 pps was over booked and i was only getting room only for 119 euro!! the girl told me when u make a booking it goes to a different web page and "HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL" i tought this was ridiculous! however the night went well the food we got to the room was lovely the service at the bar was quick and the room was 10 out of 10. would stay again but would not book on your website!!

Nice Hotel except lacked attention to detail. We were there on a Saturday and the Resturant was shut and the check in staff did not know this at check in. Room corridors had lots of trays left out from the previous evening, therefore the corridor was not just messy it was also a hazard. When we went to the bar for a drink it was dirty with lots of food on the floor. Lots of children running around, unsupervised.
