comments The apartment was perfect for us. It had a lot of light and all what we needed in all the rooms, including the kitchen and the bathroom. We should say, though, that some details like the sofas or damp spots in the roof could be improved.

comments The front desk was always open, the bus stop for the airport was on the opposite side of the street, some kitchen appliances were not given (such as a frying pan) but overall it was lovely to come back to

comments After reading some bad reviews I must say that the apartments were excellent value for money and very well situated in the city - 3 minutes walk to O'Connell Str. One downside is that you hsve to walk around the back of the row of hotels to access the apartments and I would not have felt safe if I had been on my own.

comments great apartment- had all the essentials for a gal's trip = nice bathroom, lounge, hairdryer etc. not the nicest view as in an alley with big bins. quieter than temple bar- great for good sleep

comments Thouroughly enjoyed being in an apartment as opposed to a simple hotel room - apartment was very clean, very well presented & close to town. There were some noisy residents however I am re-booking for another trip as the staff were really helpful & the apartment was extremely good value.

comments The apartment was beautiful. Nicely decorated and clean. However, there was no elevator/lift so we had to drag our baggage up three flights of narrow stairs which was a pain. Also, they only give you one set of keys which was very inconvenient.

comments Apartments were in a seedy part of town - not the best place to return to after shopping or evening meal. Definitely would not use again. Should not be 4star. It is not in fact Browns Hotel BUT Hostel.

comments The apartments had good facilities, however, Browns have not kept them to the luxury standard to which they are advertised. Our apartment looked very tired!

comments Appartment was great in terms of comfort and quliaty of furniture. Only major let down was a very small TV (10"!)with no signal in every apartment I've stayed in.

comments The rooms had their faults, broken door handles and lack of crockery etc. In addition, the staff at reception were less than helpful to the verge of being rude.

comments The apartments are very nice, and in a good location, but they just give the feeling of not quite finished. Cant complain about them but its all in the details. e.g. the mini 12" portable TV that has one fuzzy channel and the remote didnt work, the heater in the lounge didnt work (not good for December) and the seating was a little grubby. BUT it made a nice change from a hotel and was pleasent, just wouldnt take much effort for these to be 5* apartments.

comments after reading some of the reviews which i didnt find until after id booked and payed a deposit, i was more than a little concerned as on the whole rewiews were not good, i rang the hotel and the young lady couldnt have been more helpfull and offered a full refund of the deposit, or come look and then decide again offering a full refund . on arrival we found our appartment to be clean, well equiped and on the whole quite bearing in mind how clse to the city we were ,warm cosy rooms ample hot water fantastic cooked breakfast and all dublins high lights with in very easy walking distance would use again the only thing was the lower floor flats could have been noisy with the generater !! but great value for money

comments The apartment was very clean and modern and very nice overall, however it is not situated in a nice area and it can feel quite intimidating at nighttime. It's quite ridiculous that they only provide aerial TV on tiny little televisions and the only channel that was actually watchable was RTE2.

comments the apartments are very modern, but unfortunately our apartment was adjacent to the boiler room and the constant humming of the boiler pump kept us awake all night, this was no better in apartments above. The manager said they had complaints previously and were looking into the matter, we had booked for 3 nights and felt we could not continue our stay with no sleep, the manager was very helpful and arranged for us to be booked into different apartments in an other area of Dublin. Overall the apartments were spacious and modern.

comments Generally, it's a nice modern apartment. But they should do something about providing a decent size TV with proper reception. The doors should have stoppers. It's irritating when every single door which has door closer keeps shutting behind you when the space is small. There were missing screws here and there. Especially on the door handles. Minor details but should be attended to. However, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

comments Great Apartment, although narrow entrance corridor would make it problematic with pushchairs etc. Staff v helpful and as a bonus Continental breakfast was included at Browns Hotel - which was unexpected and a welcome bonus. I'd happily stay again.

comments We really enjoyed our stay at Browns Hotels Apartments. It was exactly what we were looking for, and was so close to everything in downtown Dublin. We would abosolutely stay there again on our next trip to Ireland.

comments Apartment was fine and very good value. A working TV and some new plates/bowls/etc would give it top marks! It seems to defeat the object of having an apartment if you have to eat your cereal out of a saucepan!

comments The apartment was in a fairly good location and there was nothing hideously wrong with it. However, this was a 'brand new' apartment so we were a little disappointed to discover this meant 'unfinished'. There was a wire sticking out of the wall and several features that had obviously not been thought through. For example, the only mirror was in the bathroom - wouldn't recommend using a hair dryer near water! The toilet flush was situated behind you which would be ok if you didn't have to move the lid everytime you wanted to use it. We were also a little disappointed to discover the mis-match of cutlery and random supply of cups, plates etc! I thought this was brand new?! The front door also needs a mechanism attached which stops it from slaming shut everytime someone comes in or out! Althiugh i have highlighted the downsides i did have a perfectly comfortable saty and wouldn't 'not' recommend it. A few improvements would go far!
