comments The staff were extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were particularly nice and various front desk staff made phone calls to venues for me and helped me to navigate Dublin. They and the kitchen staff also went out of their way to ensure I had something to eat my last morning as I was leaving too early to take breakfast. A great location and friendly, helpful staff. A nice introduction to Temple Bar and Dublin.

comments All Staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean but need some attention to some of the fittings! excellent breakfast! Ideally situated to shops, bars and buses for hop on hop off sites of interest. The Vat Bar in the Hotel buzzed and a short walk away we found good restaurants bars and music.

comments My friend had a lovely weekend in Dublin. The hotel food was excellent, staff helpful. My only comment would be that we were booked into a double bedded room instead of a twin room and we are two ladies. They did manage to put us on the top floor in a family room but I have to say that decor was very disappointing and that is my only criticism really - a lick of paint would not go amiss. But we would come back!

comments The Hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. There is music in Temple Bar on the ground floor every night until 2 a.m. - all of it very loud. the location is very cental to everything in Dublin. We were not over on a pub crawl, so the downside was the amount of noise at nigh.

comments Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. More then ample wardrobe/storage space etc. Excellent facilities regarding lifts, bar area, food requirements. All the staff very friendly and helpful, except the young lady on Reception on arrival, she was quite abrupt and didn't make us feel as welcome as we had expected or hoped for. Locality absolutely perfect for our requirements. Would definitely return

comments Our room was not so nice. Old windows which were broken. Our friends had a room next to us, and their room was MUCH better.
