Staff were polite and helpful and service was excellent. Location also excellent for getting to city centre, airport and for using public transport system. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. The TV reception was a bit fuzzy on some channels but then we are not TV addicts

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, but I knew it was going to be. I was more impressed by my room- after reading some reviews of very unsatisfied customers online, I was a bit scared. The hall smelled freshly painted and the room and all of its facilities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Having arrived late at night, not being able to find a parking space and seeing refurbishment work going on in the reception area I was fully expecting to be disappointed. I usually am with most hotels!! How wrong I was! The staff were helpful and kind. The room was beautiful, clean, the decor striking and the two huge beds in the room were extremely comfortable. I found out the next morning that we had been upgraded because there were no other rooms left by the time we arrived the night before, but also found out that even if we had booked the room that we stayed in (which was luxury) in advance it would only have cost an extra 20 EURO. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer, but we will be going back and we'll be upgrading to the executive room again!! Well worth the money.

I felt that the Best Western Skylon Hotel was a fantastic hotel . .great location, great price. The room wasa nice size. However I feel that the restaurant was over priced. But overall it was a great stay1

very pleasent staff, surroundings & food at the skylon. The only disappointment was the carvery food on saturday evening. Fish was of very poor quality and i actually felt quite unwell afterward (3 of my party had the fish and felt same) also the only vegeterian alternative was spring rolls which i wouldn't rate as a main course. thank you for the opportunity to comment on your services

We loved our stay in the Skylon. Very modern, comfortable even if the room on top floor a little small and view not great(ROOM 507). Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
