The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were very important. They always smiled and took time to answer the many questions we posed. The location was ideal for us. Being close to the Train station was very helpful. Being close to the center of Dublin was critical. We did a lot of walking. The food at the restaurant was extremely good. Very nice waitresses and waiters. We enjoyed our meals at this location. There is no question where we will stay the next time we return. It will be at Hotel Isaacs. Thank you for a super memory. Hotel staff were very courtise and the room was clean, with all that we needed. Full Irish breakfast was great with the extra bonus of a newspaper to catch up on all the news. Struggled with the Wifi in the room, unfortunately it was not made clear to us on check in that there was an extra charge as could have ensured setup and payment was made on check in rather then having to go back to the front desk after.

couldnt say anything negative, lovely staff, good food very clean hotel. we stayed for our anniversary and when we arrived there was a lovely message and a box of chocolates in our room wishing us a happy anniversary a really lovely touch. will definately reccomend to my friends and colleagues and will definately visit the issac again

Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast choices were excellent. I was slighly disappointed with the choice of viewing on TV but had a good book with me!

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and would not want to stay anywhere else. The hotel has a perfect location, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10 and cannot wait to stay again!

the hotel was lovely and clean,the beds were comfy,plenty of tea and coffee making equipment.the hotel well situated for downtown going out and if travelling early right near buses for airport or trains to other parts of ireland.

Hotel ideally placed for the O2 (15/20 mins leisurely walk); shops and attractions; bus and tram station opposite. Dublin bus takes you from the Airport to the bus station, 3Euro single if pre-booked. Good breakfast, nice bar, well satisfied with room, and would use Isaacs again.

We stayed in January and overall everthing was fine. the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. There does appear to be a language barrier or understanding with the restaurant staff especially at breakfast not only between waitresses and customers but also between waitresses and chef! That said overall a decent hotel which is only a 5 minute stroll to the shopping area.

The staff were tremendous and extremely helpful. The room was good, milk was sour though. Also we had a garbage truck doing collections outside our window at all hours.
