comments Such a great location and a warm, welcoming staff. Baggot Street has just about everything you need, but Baggot Court is nicely positioned where vehicular traffic drops off and offices/residences predominate.

comments The staff at Baggot Court were extremely helpful and friendly. We had requested a quiet room and that's exactly what we got. Vegetarian breakfasts also provided. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for a short stay.

comments What a lovely place! I had a winter stay and my room had two radiators and shower water pressure and temperature was superb. Easy stroll to city centre and DART stations, friendly staff and excellent choices for both cooked and continental breakfasts - and worry not, the coffee is great, too!

comments Baggot Court was a bit of a surprise - you're never sure what to expect from an internet booking. The rooms were large and comfortable - our room even had a kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were good quality and very substantial. The only negative was the cold floor in the bathroom.

comments If you want to stay at a reasonably priced b&b in Dublin this is it. Clean and perfectly acceptable. We went with two teenagers who shared a room nextdoor to us. Our room also had a small kitchenette, which was a surprise, but brilliant as it meant we could make up packed lunches etc and save on the very expensive food on sale in the city.

comments My wif and I spent two days at the Baggot Court. It was easy and safe walking distance to the center of Dublin for night time eating and extras. I would use this again as it was clean, roomy and quiet.

comments We stayed in the rear building of Baggot Court Townhouse. It was very clean and quiet. The location is great- feels very safe, and close to St. Stephen's Green. Easy to get a taxi or on the hop on hop off buses nearby. I would stay there again, but would definitely recommend requesting a room in the rear building.

comments My wife and I found the Baggot Townhouse to be a very clean and reasonably priced accomodation for our stay in Dublin. The location made it very convenient for us to tour Dublin either on foot, bus or taxi, and the staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We did not do breakfasts at Baggot this trip, but we will definitely plan on doing so when we return.

comments This little B&B was a referral in a Rick Steves Guidebook about Dublin. It is within walking distance to most everything in the center of town and includes breakfast in the price. The owners are prompt to respond to any requests and do everything they can to ensure their guests are happy. Rooms are slightly small but very comfortable and clean. Very nice accommodation.

comments The staff was completely helpful and welcoming, which made us feel very much at home. Our breakfasts were filling and delicious, and we appreciated the cook's efforts to make sure we had what we wanted. Our rooms were cozy and very clean, and the neighborhood was blissfully quiet at night. We would recommend Baggot Court to anyone going to Dublin!

comments Very nice accommodation, and the staff were extremely helpful, including carrying our "well-packed" suitcases around for us. The location - close to the action in Dublin but not in it - was exactly what we wanted. The breakfasts were lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Their driver, Niall was superlative and even though our arrival was close to 11:00pm, the manager couldn't have been more accommodating. We found our room clean, quiet and comfortable; lovely staff.

comments We came to Baggot Court on our first trip to Dublin, and met our american friends who were holidaying in Ireland. We were delighted with the service we received. The breakfasts were delicious and everyone who served us was really polite and helpful. Our accomodation on the top floor, was very comfortable and clean. We were delighted to be within walking distance of the Trinity College and other interesting sites. Our room was bright and airy and our only complaint was that although the hotel was a non smoking hotel, there was the teint of smoke - maybe retained in the curtains- from some previous disobedient guest? I was sorry to have forgotten to sign the visitors' book as if we came back to Dublin we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

comments The staff is most welcoming and accommodating. In April 2011 we stayed for the second time and had a front room which was surprisingly quiet. Baggot Court Townhouse is very convenient to public transportation. Buses stop just a few yards from the front door. The Grand Canal DART stop is an easy ten minute walk in one direction, as is St Stephen's Green, museums and shops in the opposite direction. Excellent restaurants and pubs are also located in the neighborhood. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dublin.

comments Reading previous reviews I had very mixed feelings. However the name of this B&B had a special interest to myself and partner. I kept looking at other places and after a few weeks eventually took the plunge and booked it for 6/1/11. How glad I was, this was a surprise visit to Dublin for my partner as a Xmas present and I wasn't disappointed. The double room accommodation, breakfast, location & staff were all excellent and this booking was certainly very good value for money. I can't say any more, we were very pleasantly surprised and they did not let us down. We had a lovely 3 days stay and I couldn't compliment them enough. comments Staff is very friendly and helpful however, service at breakfast could be a bit more efficient. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our tee, although only three guests were having breakfast. Furthermore the dinigng room wasn't heated...in November ! Room was nice, but the bathroom urgently needs some refurbishment. Bathroom facilities outworn. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we felt comfortable. The house is in walking distance of several nice pubs and restaurants, and city centre only about 15 minutes by foot.

comments Very nice Townhouse, ideally located in a quite area near some of the most interesting places in Dublin. Room is very well equipped and breakfast is very good (real irish breakfast). However, some disturbance may occur when your room neighbours get back in the middle of the night. I’ll probably select this place again when I’ll return to Dublin.

comments The bathroom and bedroom was very clean but basic, as we expected. Breakfast was traditional Irish in addition to the usual continental breakfast buffet. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The only suggestion I would make is to make the entrance hall more welcoming with plants, etc. since it is the first impression when entering the home.

comments Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and most of all the girls who welcomed us were kind and gracious, always helpful. Location is good, too. 10 mins walk and you're in stephen's green. I'm definitely going back to baggot when i'll come back to dublin (soon!)

comments This guesthouse is close to the city center. It means you can walk to many of the main attractions of Dublin. It is also very close to Chez Max, an amazing French restaurant run by French people. Baggot Court Townhouse team is simply unbelievably nice and competent. Please don't forget to ask for the Irish breakfast in the morning; they prepare it fast and deliciously.

comments We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very comfortable, friendly and helpful. It's about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Dublin, in 'Georgian Dublin', so a little out of the hustle and bustle which we think is a real advantage, and there are some good restaurants not too far away.

comments Very good central location for exploring the city - easy to walk to many places of interest. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, though a bit cramped. As there is no air conditioning, it was important to be able to open the window and the street was relatively quiet even at night. Very good breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

comments We had a lovely time in the Baggot Court Townhouse and we would always comeback. It would have to be a Mews-Room though, they were lovely! Service and personell is incredible helpful and always friendly. The hotel is at a great location, not to far to the city centre with direct busconnections to city centre and airport! Free Wi-Fi and a great breakfast were also a plus point.

comments The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. But one thing I would like to mention is that the room we stayed in (number 14) though it had a balcony, my daughter would not sleep with the doors open and there was no window so it got a bit hot in the night, maybe a fan or small aircon could be put in rooms. The parking over the weekend was a great plus. We had an enjoyable time and would use Baggot Court Townhouse again.

comments The staff at the Inn were most accomodating. Some of the rooms are quite small for two people, if possible try to book a room with 2 twin beds. Good size bathrooms. Good selection at breakfast. We had a rental car which we parked in the back of the hotel, narrow entrance to park. Walking distance to the heart of Dublin. Excellent WIFI connection. The Baggot Townhouse has a very interesting history.

comments Thank you for asking for my opinion. It was our first trip to Ireland and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The staff was so nice and attentive. Our ferry came in extra early and there was someone to greet us at the door at 6:30 a.m. The breakfast was delicious and hardy. Our sleeping room was quiet and beautiful. It was great to leave the door open on the balcony as we slept. Free WiFi was a definite plus and the staff was easily available to help us set it up in our room. The price was incredibly reasonable. I would stay there again and I hope I get the chance to do so.

comments We actually spent 3 nights here. The first was June 20 and the latter were June 27 and 28. We liked the place and found the rooms comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful, considering that we needed to leave our luggage there on the days of arrival and departure, due to inconvenient flight times. The neighborhood is quiet and has a number of good restaurants nearby and it is an easy walk to St. Stephen Green and Grafton Road. Good value for the price.

comments The girls were absolutely wonderful! Nothing was too much bother for them. They were attentine without being intrusive. I really appreciated having access to a room without steps. The room, however, was very much lacking in storage facilities - just a rack for a wardrobe and no shelves. I found this very difficult becasue it meant my clothes were on the floor - even more difficult with a disability. Cleaning was of a high standard; bed was very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay in a place that had easy access to the city. Thank you!

We stayed on the ground floor in the cottage out the back, and the only critisism is that it was extremely noisy as we could hear every move the guest above us made, including going up and down stairs and banging the main door shut. (luckily they went to bed early!) Otherwise a pleasant stay.

comments Loved it, We had a room that sleeps 3 and there was plenty of room for me and my 2 teenagers. Very clean, large bathroom/shower accomodations. Breakfast was terrific - either full Irish (and you can pick and choose what components you'll have) and/or continental. It was located close to Busline that helps with late night transport home. comments Located only 3 blocks from the National Gallery & Merrion Square, Baggot Court is close to several cafes & the Hop on-Hop off bus. As is the case with most guest houses in Europe, the rooms are small by US standards, but if you are like us & just want a reasonably-priced, clean, comfortable, conveniently-located place to sleep, this place fits the bill. Please note that there is no elevator. The staff is courteous & very helpful.

comments Our stay at Baggot Court Townhouse was very good. We found our room to be very spacious and clean. The only reason we would not give a top mark is the fact that the bed was not the most comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, the location was great and the staff were very helpful. They were very responsive to our specific dietary needs and we appreciated their attention to detail.

comments Very good location, it is close to the main points of the town but far from the noise at the same time. Very kind staff and good breakfast. Rooms also Ok. Clean and cosy so what else can we ask for?

comments Comfortable, very pleasant staff, great central location, but decor quite dated and basic. Not a family guesthouse as I imagined, more impersonal. Would use again tho for good value city centre accomodation

comments Nice and typical of old georgian style, pleasant guesthouse, well located close to old centre but in a quiet area. Nice breakfast room. The private car park is an enjoyable plus.

comments Nice room with a large bathroom. Choice of continental (cereal, fruit, yogurt) or full breakfast. Bus stop right outside the door made for easy access to town but also within walking distance. Close to everything but without the noise and commotion of being in the center of town.

comments It was a very nice place, a fine room, and we enjoyed our stay. There was one exception - it would have been very helpful to know our room would be a a 3rd floor walkup.
