The triple room was ideal for 3 people, and we really enjoyed that we could make coffee in the AM. The hotel was clean, and the staff very friendly. Friday night was quite noisy, but there was a wedding being celebrated. Our Tues. PM was quiet. Thanks!	report this review as inappropriate

My stay was very pleasant. The room was nice although not much of a view. The staff were very helpful & considerate with the exception of the one of the reception ladies on the front desk who's attitude left a little to be desired! All in all it didn't detract from our stay & we will definitely be returning.	report this review as inappropriate

Good location and car parking arrangements. Staff very efficient and helpful, especially at reception but also elsewhere. Bar meals and breakfast good quality and value. Room clean and comfortable. Overall a good experience and above average.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotel was near Heuston Station which was a key element in our travel plans as we used Heuston train station extensively. The staff was courteous and helpful and the room was fine	report this review as inappropriate

The Ashling Hotel was beautiful. The only complaint I would have was the meal we had with our stay. There was a party of 4 of us and not one of us enjoyed the meal. The breakfasts were fine just the evening meal.	report this review as inappropriate

I was disappointed on two counts - we asked the receptionist if she would make a dinner reservation at a local restaurant - she said she would and then did not bother, she did not even let us know. If we had not checked with the restaurant, we would not have known and by the time we checked, they had no space for us. When we went for breakfast, the restaurant had run out of fresh rolls, surely a place the size of the Ashling and the price we paid for the room, we were not asking too much to get fresh bread for our breakfast. Everything else was Ok and the rooms were clean and spacious	report this review as inappropriate

TV in room not working correctly reported more than once. Staff sent to room while appearing willing did not seem to understand/be able to fix problem. I suspect that TV needed retuning. (This review has been edited)	report this review as inappropriate

Excellent location for both transport to and from the the airport and sightseeing. Within walking distance of the Guinness Storehouse and the Collins Barracks National Museum. Staff are friendly and helpful and the standard of rooms and meals was what you would expect from a Best Western Hotel. I would certainly use this hotel again.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotelroom was OK; the first impression when coming in the hotel reception for the first time is not very impressive - it could easily be improved.. Onr major minus is that it was very difficult to access the hotel by car (it took us almost one hour), due to the location in an area with many traffic restrictions - it would be very appreciated to include a clear description of how to reach the hotel by car.	report this review as inappropriate
