Everything is perfect, very friendly welcome, kind people, good and copious breakfeast included. Large and confortable room but to small shower...The only problem is that is located too cloth the train, if your room is on the street... But the location of the guesthouse is very practicall. |

The Anchor Guesthouse was very conveniently located, clean, and well appointed with amenities such as wifi. It was nice to have a breakfast menu to chose from. Our stay in Dublin at the Anchor Guesthouse was a great end to our two week visit to Ireland. |

The Guesthouse exceeded expectation. We spent 4 days there. The rooms are basic but comfortable, clean and remarkably quiet. The location is outstanding - we got off of the bus from Dublin Airport and were pleased to find the guesthouse a block away. Location for exploring the city on foot was also very satisfactory. The staff is friendly and efficient; we would stay again. |

The guest house is ideally located for night life in Temple bar area and a short walk from shopping areas. Staff very helpful and friendly (especially breakfast ladies). Room was comfortable with nice ensuite. Thin partition walls and no lift to top floors the only points worthy of criticism. All in all value for money as parking included in the 90Euros for a double room. |

It was my first stay at a B&B and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely friendly and while not in the heart of Dublin, it is close enough to city transportation to be in an excellent area for the amount spent. |

The location for us was ideal. One of your associates recommended 2 eating establishments. We visited both and were pleased. The interior of the Guesthouse is lovely and very charming. The breakfast, included with the price of the room, was plentiful and delicious. |

The staff was warm and hospitable- we loved our stay! We were leaving very early on our last day and the staff took the initiative to prepare a breakfast tray for us as we were departing before the normal dining hours! Very thoughtful and eager to please! |

Me and my wife had a very peasant stay at the Anchor Guesthouse. It was glorious to step into its homely warm temperature coming from the bitterly cold weather outside.
