I stayed here in 2003, and was very happy with the room, breakfast and service provided, thats why I booked again. This time all three had dropped significantly and the price did not reflect good value for money. The breakfast and breakfast service,was particularily poor!	report this review as inappropriate

it was nice enough, friendly staff, lovely restaurants in local area, one issue i would have is that, even though i was in a non smoking room, i could smell cigarette smoke. ithink it was coming through the vents in the bathroom-but when I left the window open during the day it was fine.	report this review as inappropriate

Good: Very nice place, quiet, nice owners, nice room. Bad: Location - it takes about 20 minutes with a bus from the city center, there is only one bus who arrives here and the frequency is very low, the bed wasn't comfortable, the sink had 2 separate taps for cold water (very cold) and hot water (very hot).	report this review as inappropriate

Our stay at Abrae Court Guesthouse was most enjoyable. A beautiful old house, well maintained with a lot of Character and the hospitality extended was second to none.	report this review as inappropriate
