The Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was central to everything. The room was very clean with plenty of space for us and our two kids. The staff were friendly and informative and our evening was meal was outstanding.

overall excellent service.the only comment i wish to make is that the hotel should provide free parking or give out tokens for the cars parked in the pay and display area at the back of the hotel

i cannot fault the hotel for its comfort and high standard of cleanliness; however we were dissapointed to say the least with the choice of menu. we only had a choice of three main meals, and had NO say in what it was served with. i mean i ended up with Plaice, BROCCOLI, CARROTS and MASH! yuk! was hoping for plaice, chips/new pots, side salad, much more appertising. sorry, did not enjoy at all. also, when we booked, we done special request for fresh flowers in the room. It did say that these would be met if at all possible. i dont see how it was not possible to have met this request, but it was not met! pretty poor i think! its the small things like that which make it special. in my opinion, i would have regarded the grand central alot higher had this very simple request been met! sorry. do i revisit, or go somewhere else which CAN provide flowers?

The hotel is good value for money. My only concern is the loud music from hotel bar. The walls do not appear to be insulated very well and the music seemed like it was coming from next door even though we were on the 5th floor.

The only thing was the lady at reception, her english was not very good and it took a long time to book in and out of the Hotel. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.
